Una buona pausa pranzo a Padova - Edit
Ristorante super centrale, subito all'inizio di una laterale che dà su Prato della Valle. Ho provato il tagliere di salumi e formaggi veg: molto buono e devo dire la "mortadella" e la "pancetta" davvero fenomenali, con un gusto molto simile a quelle originali.

I've decided to opt out the hamburger choices despite them having alternative to the usual "Beyond the Meat", the Vebab was scrumptious, finger licking good, as for Dessert sadly I was unable to have their Tiramisù and chose a crostata with chocolate which sadly was not so good...

I have been to this 100% plant-based restaurant multiple times and I noticed how over the years it has downgraded, both in food quality and in service.

Been there twice recently, both of the times we found hair in the food 😵
The staff is unprofessional, looks grumpy and slow.
The location is the restaurant’s “strength point”: it’s right next to Prato della Valle, which is one of the main tourist spots in Padova and one of the biggest squares in Europe - easy to arrive by bus and car 📍

Very disappointing - Edit
Great atmosphere and location. However the food was super disappointing. We took some people that we were traveling with that had never eaten at a vegan restaurant before and I’m worried that they never will try one again.
Read moreThe pasta of the day was pesto and when I say it literally had zero flavor…. I mean it. And it came out cold. It might have been the only truly inedible meal I have been served during all my years in Italy. The wraps were good (I am glad my husband got two entrees so I could eat the wrap instead of the pasta) , burgers were okay. The buns were tough to eat and one of our parties’ burgers was so dry it fell apart. The mixed bruschetta was visually interesting but half of the choices were lacking in flavor or tasted only of mayonnaise. We waited over two hours for our food when we were some of the first people there. And it wasn’t like a “Italian long leisurely dinner” kind of wait. It was like they forgot to put our order in/that we even existed. Might have been better as a lunch spot but I don’t think we will be back.

Locale piccolino ma accogliente, tante tante opzioni tra cui scegliere. Abbiamo diviso un piatto di pasta e un piatto unico ma torneremo per assaggiare gli altri piatti e i dolci. Bella la posizione su Prato della Valle.

We read a lot of bad reviews on Google and we were afraid of eating here, but it was the only Vegan restaurant open so we took our chances. The food was delicious, we ordered risotto and burger, and both were very tasty.

Dry burger and noisy location - Edit
I had the big smoky burger which unfortunately was pretty dry. My partner had the lasagna which was much better. Didn’t like the location because next to the restaurant is a busy road with traffic lights so the outside seating was uncomfortable. But in the upside this wasn’t so pricey what we have been used in Italy when it comes to vegan restaurants.

Sono stato alla Veganda due volte a distanza di un anno. Entrambe le volte ho mangiato dei burger e sono rimasto soddisfatto. Il menu è molto ampio e comprende anche primi, secondi, taglieri, insalate e vari piatti del giorno. Lo staff è gentile. Consigliato.

I gestori sono gentili, vi è l'opzione di prenotare con the fork, che spesso ti dà almeno il 20% di sconto. Quando arrivi ti chiedono se puoi ricordarglielo al momento del pagamento perché se c'è tanta gente e non tutti prenotano con the fork, temono di dimenticarsi

Nice food, good outdoor seating - Edit
Our party of eight ordered seven mushroom hamburgers and one marine wrap. Both were very tasty. The staff were nice and communicated well in english. The website doesn't show the menu, but it is quite large with an entirely english menu available. We did not try the deserts so cannot comment on them.

Testé sur un dîner et un petit déjeuner. Les plats sont bons et variés. Grand choix de glaces. Les smoothies sont un délice. Le service est en revanche aléatoire. Toujours pas de table à langer pour les parents qui veulent venir avec leurs petits.

I ordered "curry" but the vegetables were invisible, the explanation given was that they were ingredients in the seitan. Not my image of curry. My husband ordered parmigiana, very rich and oily.

I had a good experience with service, food was tasty, but a bit over priced in my opinion compared to what you get. I paid 20e for a burrito (that i dont think would have on it’s own been filling enough), potatoes on the side, ketchup (had to pay separately) and a drink (non-alc). Burrito on it’s own was 8.8e, drink around 5e, but i was surprised that with the semi-dry potatoes and ketchup it jumped to 20e… oh well. Also like other comments said, the presentation of food could be better. Although I found it to be funny-bad😄

Zunächst war kein Service zu finden. Nach einigen Minuten kam eine offenbar angetrunkene Bedienung und versuchte uns zu platzieren und nach unseren Wünschen zu fragen. Nach dem wir zuerst versucht haben, uns der Situation zu stellen, sind wir doch eiligst ohne zu bestellen wieder aus dem Lokal.

What a disappointment - Edit
I ordered a curry dish, but it was made of a bunch of soy pieces only (and probably not homemade ) without a side or rice. All the other options were more fast food type of dishes. It is a shame because the planted-based cuisine is really organic, fresh and healthy. I would suggest focusing on fewer dishes, using seasonal food and improving the dish's presentation too.

locale interamente vegetale, con ampia scelta di menù, e tutto quello che abbiamo provato era ottimo. anche i numerosi dolci avevano un ottimo aspetto ma non siamo riusciti a assaggiarli perchè comunque le porzioni sono abbondanti.
