Read moreFirst of all the setting is just gorgeous- it’s an old colonial style house which was completely renovated. It has great history with the first female sculptor living in here. Now it is the most beautiful settings you can wish for - probably nice as dinner date as well!
The food is stunning! Wow - I am impressed - the Massaman Curry was not only presented nicely, it was also the best Curry I have had so far. Three types of Yam and also some delicious and crisp Thai Roti with it (still hot). As starters I had vegan pork in noddles wrapped and deep fried. Also delicious. They have lots of traditional Thai dishes veganized - I haven’t seen them anywhere else
Lovely service and so professional.
Drinks are refreshing. I usually drink coconut water a lot, but the coconut nectar juice was so interesting and delightful. Also had a welcome drink.
As cake they have raw cakes in three flavours and with a baked crispy bottom layer. I had coffee and it was rich and creamy! Stunning texture and not too sweet #Veganuary

What an experience. The food is outstanding and the restaurant is stunning. You have to take your shoes off before entering and the supply slippers for you. Just amazing from start to finish. Can’t miss this one when in Bangkok!

A beautiful dining experience close to the old city sites. Lovely old colonial building. Amazing service and fresh seasonal menus the fried betel leaves were a surprising find. We also loved the coffee cheese cake. Also can be delivered to your hotel via Grab. This was by far the nicest vegan Thai restaurant we found in Bangkok and was much more affordable than others that were not as good quality.

This is such a cute spot for lunch! It has a warm, cozy atmosphere that truly feels like you're dining in someone's home. We had previously visited their sister restaurant, but we actually liked this location even more because the menu has so many more options to choose from.

Bring your appetite and order a lot of things to share. All the Thai Classics and also some very nice mock meat renditions. Service is swift but not rushed, very attentive, small Place, suggest Reservations. Definitely cannot miss when you're in Bangkok if you appreciate fine Vegan Food !

First day in Bangkok and walked here! Beautiful building and peaceful restaurant. The massaman curry was phenomenal with a Thai iced tea, followed by a mango sticky rice. Staff were super sweet and helpful. Service was fast. You’ll need to leave your shoes outside. This food will be hard to beat!!

This was my second time visiting, as I was back in Bangkok with a friend. My first experience eating here was that the food was amazing but the service was poor. As we were staying in the area, we decided to give it another chance (noting this second visit was more than 6 months after my first).
Read moreOnce again, I can’t fault the food. It was really delicious and beautifully presented (although note that the curries are spicy!). The setting is gorgeous, in an old historic building that has been sympathetically restored and tastefully decorated.
However … for a place that is clearly trying to be a high-class fine dining restaurant, the service is just …amateur. There are lots of staff but most of them seemed to be standing around not doing much, yet when we needed them it was hard to get their attention.
When we arrived, we were asked to take off our shoes but we weren’t offered slippers, though all the other diners were wearing them. We had to ask for them, and the staff seemed confused by our request and struggled to find us a pair (even though the restaurant wasn’t full so you’d assume they’d have plenty available).
When we gave our drinks order, we repeated it twice but our waiter looked very confused and we were initially presented with only one drink - although we had both ordered the same. Then we asked for water for the table and received a small plastic bottle and one glass, although there were two of us dining. Again, we had to explain what we needed and again we were faced with confused expressions and the feeling we were flustering the staff.
We each ordered a curry with a large bowl of rice to share between us, plus an appetiser that we explicitly requested to come out first. We received the appetiser and rice at the same time, so the rice sat on the table getting cold as we ate the appetiser.
It was barely 8:30pm, there were two other large groups in the restaurant, and we’d only just finished our main course when our waiter came to tell us the kitchen was closing and ask if we wanted dessert. Just like during my first visit, it really felt as though they were eager to rush us out and get everything cleared away as quickly as possible.
Much as I wanted to love this place, and was very willing to give it another chance, my second visit was similarly let down by the poor service. This is an issue since the restaurant is presenting itself as a classy place to eat, with prices that reflect this.

In Thailand dishes are usually brought when they’re ready, without any specific order. Thai people usually put all the dishes in the middle and everyone takes whatever they want. It’s also normal to clear empty plates from the table when people are still eating. Not trying to defend poor service. Just explaining a cultural difference.

The menu is great with lots of interesting options to choose. The food was pretty good and not too expensive given the setting and waiting service. The appetiser platter was good fun although could have a bit more variety as it all feels quite heavy/fried. However I found the ambiance a bit dry and it felt a bit unnecessarily formal. I ended up booking a table for 7pm because there were no later available reservation slots but I don’t understand why as the restaurant was almost empty.

The food was superb and gourmet, carefully prepared and spectacular. Everything about this place is not to.miss - decor, service, creativity. I eat vege worldwide and if you like Thai cuisine - with all the awesome Thai veges local! - then there is probably nothing better anywhere! And the prices are very modest. Check their website. (One caution- some of the most delicious options tens to hot, so ask.)

Everything was really well thought out and nicely prepared. I especially recommend the soy chicken with vegetables and cashew nuts - it was absolutely delicious, and it’s worth ordering jasmine rice to go with it. I also highly recommend the green eggplant appetizer.

This is a fully vegan restaurant classy enough to take out your best business clients and friends. In a historic private house once belonging to relatives of the royal family, the restaurant oozes with history and style and class, from the classic Thai dishes to the photos on the wall to the costumes of the servers to the decor of the house and garden. All courses are elegantly prepared and served. Service is entirely gracious. This is an experience as well as a meal. Take the time to enjoy it fully. Not overly expensive for what you get.

You take off your shoes and wear slippers and get a bell to ring for the service. there are a variety of really delicious drinks like mango juice, lime mint water or Thai coffee / tea.
