Banging!!! - Edit
Had the Philly cheesesteak and it was banging! The cheese sauce was bomb and the seitan was thick cut. Really small space, and the food isn’t a healthy vegan option.. just greasy greatness.

One of the best vegan burgers i’ve ever had. Very good compositions. Lots of options. Everything seemed creative and possibly tasty. If we are ever in Budapest again, we would want to go back to explore my flavours there.

MAC AND CHEESE!! - Edit
We ate here twice so tried a few different burgers, which were all good. But what stuck with me is the amazing recreation of a typical Hungarian mac and cheese with the sour cream, cheese and bacon. So worth a try!

We ate here twice while we were on Sziget. The food is amazing, the avocado sandwich saved me during the heat, it was so cool and refreshing! The only downside were the prices. I'm not sure about their usual prices, but the festival ones were ridiculously high.

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE - Edit
I feel a bit depressed when I think back on my time in Budapest, but only for the reason being, that I will never taste a burger that tastes just as good as Vegan Love’s did. Not even near close.
Read moreI chose the BBQ Tofu Burger because of the veganaise and I was pleasantly surprised. It is without a doubt the best burger I’ve ever tasted. The bun wasn’t dry, but not suggy from the filling either, the tofu tasted amazing in combination with the veganaise!... and my mouth is starting to run as I write this, so I must stop.
Just go; you won’t be disappointed.

Great street style food! - Edit
Very tasty burgers and gyros, priced well too. Only downside is very small inside, hard time finding somewhere to sit with no outdoor seating area. Still worth going here though!

Great Restaurant - Edit
Nice restaurant. This cozy place is 100% dog friendly. Also, since one week ago, they now added a beyond burger to their menu, which was the best vegan burger I have ever eaten.

Amazing - Edit
The menu had so many options, perfect vegan junk food after gellért baths. Took a few friends who are meat eaters and they loved it as well. The bbq chick’n burger is highly recommended, as is the homemade ketchup with basil. We all waddled out so full!

I can see why this place is top rated!. I had the Mexi Burger, which was next level delicious and a green smoothie. I thought the decor was very pleasant and fresh, and there was a great selection to choose from on the menu.

The best vegan street food in Budapest - Edit
I visited Vegan Love with a non-vegan friend. There are plenty of yummy options on the menu. We tried the Philly Steak Sandwich and Mac & Cheese. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge! The home made lemonades were also tasty and refreshing. The place is small, but comfortable. Before I left Budapest I returned to buy a Chicken BBQ Burger. Wow, it was heavenly! My non-vegan friend went back with her meat eater family to show them that vegans don't eat only lettuce and soy😄

Little pricey, about $13 for burger, fries and lemonade. But it tastes great. Could of done without the lemonade however to save money. Highly recommended the sweet potato fries.

This one is a little too expensive for what it serve in my opinion but it's close the famous baths, really convenient. It's clean and the burgers taste good.

Myself and my partner ate here and enjoyed everything we tried. The gyro and the Mexican dog were both really good (and really messy) and filling, the portions are very generous. The only downside for us was that the mac ‘n’ cheese was cold. Highly recommend.

We’ve been enjoying the “treasure hunt” of finding vegan restaurants while traveling. This spot is a good, casual option for vegan burgers and hotdogs. They also have a small salad bar. Heavy on the tofu and fat, but very tasty.

I stumbled across Vegan Love instagram page before coming to Budapest so I knew I had to try it when we were done touring the Citadella. Honestly the food was so good and large portions! Incredible tastes, just filled us right up. My husband had the big kahuna which I can’t even comprehend how he finished it. We even had the lemonades, they were soo good!

Omg! - Edit
We were just visiting Budapest and tried this spot before the Bathe...omg! The food was outstanding! I also got a side of mac n cheese and wow!!!! I've never been a huge fan but I like trying it everywhere to see if it's legit. This was the absolute best mac n cheese I've ever had! Vegan or not! I still crave it even though it's been 3 months. Mmmm!

I spent a weekend in Budapest and sadly this was the last vegan place I tried. If it had been the first it would have been the only one as I wanted to try everything on the menu! What I did have (juicy Lucy burger) was amazing. The sauce was delicious. Only wish I’d had room to try something else as well.
