The fluffiest vegan bread ever! - Edit
I read on line that there is no sugar in their homemade dessert bread. So I was expecting something bland, but here to promote all things vegan.
Read moreAnyway got there and ordered a dessert bread and a homemade cashew milk. I was absolutely surprised and delighted about the bread. It was wonderful. 100% the best sweet bread I've ever eaten! It was sweet. A perfect sweetness. I asked how it was sweet. They use imported dates for the sweetness! It was also fluffy, tender and fresh. The milk was perfect too! Nothing else added. Just a generous amount of nuts and fresh water. It was cool and thick. Homemade freshness. So different from the store bought vegan milks.
The place is clean, modern and has air conditioning. Only thing it could do with is seating.
They use glass bottles for the vegan milks. If you bring back then you receive back 5,000 Dong deposit.
All packaging in eco friendly.

Fluffy soft vegan bread - Edit
Strawberry bread was so soft and fluffy!! This is the most fluffy vegan bread I had in a long time. The nut butter that came with it was so fresh and delicious too

Very moist breads—worth the detour! - Edit
This bakery is out of the way from a lot of the touristy areas, but I have not found this quality of sweet breads anywhere else. The breads are so moist (like a pound cake or angel food cake) and the jams accompanying it are lovely!

The strawberry bread was heaven. They even heated it up for me and it tasted so so so good with the black bean / black rice drink and mulberry jam. I really hope I can visit again in the future :3

Great nut milks and friendly staff - Edit
November 2023: Took a scooter ride to get to this shop for breakfast - not realising it is take away only! At the time they had just fresh nut milks and some little raw cheesecakes so we got some and took them to a nearby park to eat. The staff were so attentive and it seems that they haven't been open long. They packed our things so nicely and gave us cups of ice to keep the milk cold - I'm sure they are expanding and if you live in Saigon the milk is definitely worth getting on the regular!

Little bakery that serves lots of different types of plant based milks. Little deserts and small bread loafs with lots of different spread options to eat in or take away. Made fresh daily and very nice people. English menu, but will probably have to communicate through pointing if you don’t speak Vietnamese. #Veganuary

A good range of plant milks, bread, desserts and butters for delivery or takeaway. Very limited English spoken but there’s a full menu in English so it’s no problem. Definitely worth trying.

This store is really cozy and warm where i feel peaceful. The menu has many options for nut milk. I tried almond milk and 1 sourdough, both were fresh and tasty. Espcially, sourdough is made by homemade butter, so greasy. Hope your store will be well-known.

Read moreI tried some cashew nut milk and a vegan focaccia. The milk is great with the real hero that steals the show is the butter that you have with the focaccia. It's just simply out of this world! Flavor, texture, aroma, they have it all.
And did I mention the products were fresh? My milk was still hot when they pour it out from the cooker.
Highly recommended.
