Lots of fun options. I had the small poke bowl since poke seems to be so popular in Northern Italy. Being in the large Mercato Centrale is nice - everyone can get what they want in the market.

Firstltly, this is a stall in a busy food market so don't expect a quiet meal. It was buzzing and full of atmosphere (the local football team were playing and were on big screens in the market). The food that we had was good we tried a burger, a salad and a stir fry. Only thing I would have wanted is a bit more sauce for flavour jn the stir fry. Overall a good experience for what it is. Just don't expect anything too spectacular as this isn't it.

Wow. Stopped here for quick food after arriving in town and everything looked and tasted great! We had the Greek salad (my dad ordered it with feta) and the poke bowl (ordered vegan, no egg, etc) and both were fantastic.

This place looked great. I was so excited to find a vegan and vegetarian place in Florence. The food was inedible. I think a mistake was made, and someone dropped salt in everything. It made me and my friend sick.

Le patate erano immangiabili, sembravano cucinate dal giorno prima e riscaldate. Il burger era freddo e poco cotto. Bella la possibilità di mangiare vegano, ma completamente da rivedere la qualità del cibo. Non è accettabile che in centro a Firenze, dove un sacco di persone passano e potrebbero essere incuriosite dalla cucina vegana, mangino invece in questo modo. Due amici onnivori hanno mangiato con noi e mi sono sentita io in imbarazzo per la qualità del cibo.

Artisanal stand placed inside Mercato Centrale, with a simple but delicious menu. The dishes are almost all vegan, with the exception of a burger and a couple of main dishes, which are vegetarian. Besides the many burgers, you can choose between soups, gnocchi with tomato sauce and also create your own poke.

It was pouring rain and we took shelter in the Mercato. We were surprised and happy to find a veg place. We got a very good Rice-Carrot-Leek soup in a bread bowl, there didn't seem to be a ton of soup though, it was heavy on the bread. We also got a caramelized onion burger (eu8) which was loaded with problems. It is a nice toasted bun, unfortunately everything else was ice cold. I couldn't find any caramelized onion, so I went up and told them that. They said it was on there; I said No, and if there is any, I can't find it, so can I have some? They gave me a little bit of red colored pickled onion...do they think that is what caramelized onion is? It isn't. The burger was crumbley, so chunks kept falling out as you ate it. All of the toppings were quite cold, and as far as I could tell, so was the burger. Really not a nice experience at all.

We had different experiences in this stall. We tried at night and the lady at that time did put generous portions. Which helped when hungry. A different day we aimed after a long walk to find out that a different lady put almost nothing in the plate. This time less hungry the realization is that the food was mediocre and the constant was that the rice was barely cooked.

I always visit the Mercato Centrale when I‘m in Florence and I‘ve never been disappointed. The ambiente is great and there are a lot of tasty options like burgers, bowls, soups, wok, juices and so on. Would highly recommend!

I had a burger, fries, and a juice, which I paid 15€ for. None of it was really nice and the fries were so dry I didn't eat them. I would not go there again, but maybe rather make more of an effort to find a vegan option at the other shops in the food hall next time ...
