Not the best option - Edit
I tried the vegan Dan Dan noodles and found them to be under whelming and I had to add a lot of sauce to make it better. Maybe the dumplings are better but I think there are other options in nyc Chinatown to check out with vegan options.

dumplings are great, the rest is not - Edit
this is not the nicest looking place, or the cleanest one, for that matter, but 'spicy vegan beef' dumplings (10$/8pcs) are very good; peanut noodles (6$), on the other hand, were very bad.
