Vegan, soy-free whippy ice cream, gelato, sorbet and fast food served on the beach. Opens seasonally and is weather-dependent. When closed, its products can be found at the adjacent Ice Café which uses separate equipment for vegan items. No telephone. NOTE: Out of season find V360 as a pop-up at sister site, the Ice Café, barely 15 metres away. Open Sat-Sun 12:30-17:30. Closed Mon-Fri. Cafe is seasonal, weather dependant and subject to changeable open hours. When closed, its sister cafe, Ice Café situated next door, has the same menu, gelato and vegan Whippy.

My Happy Place! - Edit
Nestled into the pedestrian ramp by the basketball court on Brighton seafront, this 100% plant-based kiosk is the original home to Brighton’s fabulous Whippy soft serve ice cream, gelato, coffees, milkshakes and hot food - think Phish & Chips, Calamari & Chips, Hot Dog & Chips, loaded chips, burgers, nuggets, chips in varying sizes, churros. A great place for ordering from to eat whilst watching players on the court or to simply take away to the pebbly beach or randomly people watch. This café opens most weekends during the summer season but is constantly a pop-up at the larger, pink place, the Ice Café, just metres to its left.

Getting a vegan soft serve cone and walking along the path by the beach in the Saturday sun was a thrill. I have missed soft serve! It was maybe a kind more expensive than the non-vegan ones I walked past, but worth it for me. So good!

I got a medium Vegan Whippy and paid extra for a chocolate cone and a chocolate stick. I loved it! It was light and fluffy and tasted just like I remember the non-vegan Whippy tasting. I thought the sizing was generous and medium was easily enough for me. They also have a range of vegan ice cream flavours as well.

A real treat to have a vegan Mr Whippy by the sea. If V360 is closed, go five doors down to sister company Ice Cafe. Also, keep an eye out for the offer of a free Mr Whippy if your name is X. I spotted my name after I’d paid for and eaten it 😂🤦♀️

Visited on a very hot day so glad to find they did vegan mr whippy ice cream as well as a variety of scoop ice creams. The mr whippy was delicious but think it wasn’t as “frozen” as I remember dairy ice cream to be- it was very light, with an almost meringue texture. Very good but just different from how I remember. Even got a dark chocolate stick instead of a flake!
