Perfect Vegan Dessert!

There’s a reason for the line outside @urbandessertlab in West Hollywood, California. The folks at Urban Dessert Lab have conjured up truly the absolute perfect vegan dessert — the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel cone featuring their signature plant-based sweet crème base coated with pretzels, chocolate and peanut butter sauce. This confection is beyond delicious with that insanely superb salt-and-sweet combination. The anticipation is the hardest part of the experience. We cannot wait to go back to try their Brûléesant with dipping crème.

Pros: Great, kind service, Amazing dessert, Clean store

Cons: Area parking is tough

Wow 😍🍦

I’m not a huge ice cream person but the ice cream here is incredible. I’ve never had ice cream with this much thought and care put into it. I got chocolate with strawberry filling and rainbow sprinkles. She lined the bottom with the strawberry and then poked a hole on top and filled it with the syrup. They give you a plate with it which I love because I’m always getting it all over lol. I love the aesthetics of this place.

Also, I was told that they change their gloves when serving people who are gluten free. So it seems very safe for those who can’t have gluten.

Maybe it’s because I went late, but there were no cookies or other pastries so I was bummed because the pictures look so good. I’ll have to go back

So tasty!

The cheesecake and chocolate/peanut butter/pretzel cone with chocolate oat based soft serve were incredible. Super friendly staff and service. Cute little photo op area outside! Street parking that was easy enough on a Saturday afternoon.

Unique selection of flavors

The place is very different from regular ice cream places. Loved all the ice creams and the ice creams were really creamy unlike the other plant based ones.

Closed during posted business hours.

Drove forty-five minutes to get here, then dealt with having to find parking (not an easy area for parking), fed the meter and walked over only to find a sign that said “We’ll be back in 30 minutes.”

There was someone inside but, they just stood there and ignored the line of people who kept coming to the locked door.

A total waste of time.

Delicious decadence

Most decadent ice cream in LA. Oat milk based soft serve with various toppings. The peanut pretzel one is so good. The cookies (by themselves or a la mode) are great as well

Pros: Soft serve

Cons: Limited seating

Pretty yummy!

Pretty good! I have had the ice cream and I was eager to try the croissant with the cream! There are three different flavors and I had the sea salt, which was good!

I would come back…

To be honest, I’m not sure what I ordered, but it was delicious nonetheless. It had a creamy base with chocolate sauce in the middle and a cookie crumble topping. It had all the components of a great dessert. Highly recommend.

Pros: Delicious , Located in a trendy part of town

Cons: Parking is obnoxious , Expensive, but there’s a premium with vegan places
