Massive portions of brothy goodness - Edit
If you thought that vegan ramen could not possibly be rich, savory, and packed with flavor, you might want to think again. Went with two omnivore friends who were very keen on slurping every last drop of the broth even though we were stuffed (and then some). It seems they can do no wrong because their sambal (for a lack of a better word) was to die for. Not only that, I think they had one of the best mapo tofus I have ever had (and I have had many authentic ones!!).

Nie wiem kto wpadł na tak genialny pomysł, ale ta osoba powinna dostać jakiegoś Nobla. Idźcie i jedzcie to wszyscy.
So this garlic ramen with side of plant-based eel is something I recommend everyone who's a tourist in Warsaw. I don't even know what else to say. This food is so delicious and flavors are incredibly rich. Besides, how many of you tried eel made of potatoes before??

The Ramen was delicious, I wouldn’t say it’s the best in Warsaw but definitely worth a try. The staff was kind and helpful, and although I didn’t fall in love with the food (It was hard to beat my favourite ramens in town, which does not mean our dishes weren’t tasty!), the owner made a great atmosphere by chatting with us about the restaurant and ramen food culture :))

Amazing place, broad choice of Ramens and interesting like “fish” small dishes. Everything was just perfect, the service knows it all, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Uki Green is not just a place but a wholesome experience! Their dishes are well thought through, delicious and always have the freshest ingredients. The way the food is served & the interior gives a feeling that you've visiting another culture. And notably, they consistently have the best customer service. Whenever we visit Uki Green, we're approached by positive, super helpful, well-intended and authentic waiters - the crew is what makes Uki such a special place. Last time, besides creating an amazing overall experience, a waitress offered to make photos and agreed to take a selfie with me and my husband. Posting those images here and sending lots of gratitude😄

i thought nothing would come close to vegan ramen shop, but now i'm not sure which one i prefer! i tried two of uki's ramens and a side dish and everything was truly delicious.
Read morei ordered their ramen home and it came packed in separate boxes, the soup separated from the toppings and the raw noodles. thanks to this method the noodles weren't oversoaked and we could serve it perfectly cooked. 10/10, will order again

I came for Ramen, but what surprised me even more was mabo (mapo) tofu. Spicy and so tasty, try it. The service was good and place has a good vibe. Ramen was not my favorite (position of a picky ramen explorer) but definitely worth money. So all together 5 stars!

Read moreThere were 3 of us, each of us ordered a different ramen, and all of them were delicious. I couldn’t make up my mind which one I liked most.
The interior is very stylish, minimalist and cozy.
They have a secret menu for those who visit them 7 times, and even though I realize it’s a marketing strategy, I’m still intrigued as there are 8 additional ramens on the secret menu. Besides, I think it’s a really creative move 😄

Very tasty soup and great ingredients on the side. Nice atmosphere, wooden tables, chairs etc. The soup is slightly too salty for my taste but still deliscious. If you like ramen you'll love this place!
