Hard for vegans

While it's a sweet spot, with nice servers and great prices that's open later than a lot of Santa Fe, for vegans they only have the in house nut/grain burger with fries (and a fruit crisp dessert) that are actually labelled on the menu. Staff mentioned a few other things can be made without cheese, but no dairy free cheese substitute, which IMO makes the meal a little sad.

Pros: Open late, Good fries, Good prices

Cons: Very few vegan options

Great late night vegetarian option

Most Santa Fe restaurants stop serving by 8:30 so Tune Up is one of the few options that is open later and actually cooks food from individual ingredients. The vegan option for mole is a real Southwestern treat.
