We got wings, pizza, chicken parm, and cake. Everything was good but those wings were bussin’ as the kids say. Not sure if I was speaking to the owner or the manager, but he was really nice.

On top of all this, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, we will definitely be back!

Vegan Italian Comfort Food and Dessert!! - Edit
What a great find after a morning in DC. I got the vegan chicken Parmesan, Cheese Bread, toasted coconut cake and Tiramisu from Troy's Italian Kitchen. Everything was super delicious. The staff was very friendly, and came out to chat with us a bit. I recommend it for your vegan and non vegan friends. You can also get vegetarian and gluten free food.

Yay-Finally a Vegan Specialty Pizza - Edit
I was so excited to find an Italian joint that had vegan specialty pizza options. The elote pizza was so good! Also tried the yummy cheesy bread and barbecue wings. Great food and we can’t wait to go back. The only negative was the confetti cake we tried. It was dry. I’m not sure if it was because it was pre-sliced or a day old? It was nice that they had the vegan cake captions, maybe we just had bad luck.We appreciated that they had a little parking lot so you didn’t have to find street parking. When you walk in, they have a computer to order on so it makes it super easy.

Great vegan pizza and wings - Edit
Troy's has really tasty and creative pizza! Their basic pizza (crust and sauce) is not quite as good as lost dog, but where they really shine is having gourmet toppings. Their vegan elote pizza is amazing - it has ended up as our favorite pizza in town! I've also had vegan chicken tikka masala and barbecue vegan chicken and if you other unusual ones in addition to basic pizzas. There's a good range of cakes available by the slice, both vegan and non-vegan. I was not a fan of the vegan cheesecake, but the other cakes are great and I also liked their sorbet. The owners are very friendly and often ask for feedback when I go to get a pizza which is nice. Oh and the vegan wings are amazing, especially with the Korean gochujang sauce; although they are on the pricey side they are worth it. Be sure to order directly through them as if you order through Yelp or something there is a markup.

LOTS of vegan options! I tried the vegan cheese bread as well as the chick’n Parmesan. The cheese bread was good but not amazing, but the parm was absolutely delicious. Was expecting the place to be a sit-down restaurant but it isn’t (just 2 small tables in a tiny storefront), so i wouldn’t count on dining in if you go. Really friendly service!

The people who work at Troy’s are so friendly and will answer any questions you have. One of my favorite things about this place is that there is no difference in price between a vegan pizza and the omni version of the same pie. There is a slight difference in cost of the wings, but man those wings are amazing! They’re not like most places where it’s just nuggets with sauce. These are clearly handmade (assuming seitan) and are textured and chewy. The elote pizza is great! They get their desserts from Vegan Treats and they’re the most reasonably priced in the area. Desserts can sometimes be a bit stale. They added some vegan ice cream flavors, I haven’t been able to try those yet, though.

Amazing vegan options - Edit
Not a nice spot to dine in, but the food is absolutely amazing and the staff is really friendly. There is a touchscreen where you can place your order which is pretty easy. I got the vegan buffalo chick'n pizza and it was delicious. The dough was perfect - not too thin, not too thick. The cheese was really creamy, the chicken and the buffalo sauce were super tasty, and it all came together perfectly! The small pizza was enough for me to be satisfied but not too full, so I had room for dessert. I got the cookies & cream cake and it was great! The dough itself was nothing special but the icing and the filling definitely made up for it. They were very sweet, exactly how I like it! Overall, the food at Troy's was amazing and affordable. But I would recommend takeout or delivery, there are only two small tables to dine in and it's not exactly a nice place.

I've been meaning to try this restaurant for a while and I'm so glad I finally did! The elote pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever had, if not the best. The "wings" were also delicious and you can choose multiple sauces. I got the gochujang and the garlic pepper. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable of all of the vegan options. They were a pleasure to interact with! They also offer vegan desserts, and the vegan chocolate mousse cake did not disappoint, so fudgy! 🤍🌱

Lots of vegan options - pizzas, wings, sandwiches and even desserts! They use follow your heart cheese for their vegan pizzas which I'm not a huge fan of typically, but the creative pizza toppings make up for it. The vegan elote pizza is excellent. Today I went to a pop up where they served a vegan margherita using cashew cheese instead of the follow your heart and that was also very tasty and I look forward to that being a staple on their menu.

This is hands down the best vegan pizza I’ve eaten. I’ve tried the vegan elote pizza and the vegan BBQ chicken pizza as well as a few of the cakes (they come from a vegan bakery in Pennsylvania). Highly recommend.

The vegan menu has many different options on the vegan menu. We tried the garlic knots, the barbecue wings, the Buffalo chicken pizza, the barbecue chicken pizza, and the chicken parm pasta. Large portions, the cheese is melted so well, and everything was so flavorful. The owner / cashier was very helpful as well - we were talked into trying some of their vegan Oreo cake! We have found a new fave vegan pizza spot and will absolutely be returning to try the rest of the menu!
