Confused about eggs in the noodles. - Edit
So I ordered the vegetarian noodles, and asked for confirmation about the vegan options. 'No sir, all our noodles are egg-based, so none of them are vegan.' They suggested the dish with vermicelli noodles. That is the only vegan option available, plus the dumplings.

Really good choises. Cold noodles and Soul noodles and really really good vegan's dumplings. Highly recomended 😊
