By all means, AVOID! - Edit
I was curious to try the Georgian focaccia, but at this point it's not vegan as it contains cheese. I had to settle for a different one which was all right, albeit a bit dry.. and water isn't given free of charge. Things got worse when I realised I had somehow put a bit of cheese in my mouth. I spit it out, asked for an explanation and staff claimed it was actually cauliflower. Felt slightly relieved, but not quite convinced. I pressed a piece of "cauliflower" with my finger and came to the conclusion that with such a texture it couldn't possibly be anything but cheese. I showed it to staff, but they still maintained they had been very careful to not put any animal products on my plate or tray. Which poses the question: how on earth did it wind up on my plate? We all make mistakes, but on such occasions it's better to acknowledge them and apologise, as opposed to coming up with all kinds of excuses.
