Have been wanting to go here since it opened and it certainly didn't disappoint. The setting is lovely with outdoor seating in a little garden area and the service was polite and attentive with waiters happy to explain anything about the menu. And the food was stunning! The wonton and dim sum were light and delicious, the 'fish' bun was crispy and full of flavour, and the gon bao tofu was spicy and addictive. Will definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu!

Loved the gong pai chicken here and the noodles. The bao bun dish was tasty but pretty spicy and I wouldn't recommend the fried dumplings. They were fine but I think they probably have better starters.

First time trying this branch and it’s a lovely vibe. Nice outdoor seating and seems much more relaxed than London. The menu is the same as far as I can tell and everything is delicious. Will defo be back, we love tofu vegan. It’s just great authentic vegan Chinese food, absolutely delicious.

We spent a lovely leisurely afternoon here, we felt spoilt for choice as the menu is extensive so as suggested by the very friendly staff we ordered, ate some dishes then ordered some more. Everything was delicious. We have eaten at the Spitalfields branch before but found this to be a more relaxed environment.

First visit and overwhelmed by an extensive menu. So many dishes to choose from , staff kept coming and asking for an order constantly while we were just trying to enjoy browsing the menu which was quite annoying. Food was good and it's worth a visit.

I've been to Tofu Vegan before in Islington and I was so happy to find out they opened a branch in Brighton.

I had them for my "Hag" do (joint Hen and Stag*) in their private karaoke room, and I went with family the day after our wedding AND with a group from work.
Every single time they are attentive, friendly, chatty, so helpful - you feel so taken care of there!
They do a great gluten free menu and can ensure it's all cooked separately.
The food is authentic, served fast and fresh.

As a big fan of the London locations, I was so excited to hear Tofu Vegan were opening in Brighton! The staff are so incredibly lovely and handled my gluten intolerance as carefully as always. The food is just so incredible, I can’t recommend Tofu Vegan enough. Along with the Charlotte Street restaurant, I think this is my favourite location! The restaurant is embedded in the Lanes, yet has a great sized private outdoor dining area - perfect for the summer ☀️ Thank you, Tofu Vegan! 🌱

Really enjoyed our meal at Tofu Vegan. They have a huge menu, but the staff were very helpful and gave us their recommendations for what to order and how many dishes to have. The food was really flavourful, I especially liked the bao buns which you assembled yourself, and of course, great tofu! Really lovely venue with lots of outside seating too. Would love to come back to try more options.
