Amazing Vietnamese food made vegan! - Edit
We had the clay pot tofu, veg curry, veg rice and chicken noodles. We really enjoyed everything!
Read moreQuick tasty and cheap vegan food. It’s a shame we visited on our last day, else we would have gone back.
The lady who served us (not sure if she is the owner!) was absolutely lovely.
Definitely recommend.

Tasteless Pho and watery smoothie - Edit
I’m disappointed by this restaurant. The Pho was very tasteless and I didn’t enjoy it. The Banana Smoothie was so watery, I almost couldn’t taste the banana. Wouldn’t go to this place again, as there are better and cheaper restaurants nearby.

Mediocre, small portions - Edit
Went here twice, because I figured that with so many good reviews my first experience may have just been an off day, but both visits were about the same.
Read moreThis is a vegan place that seems to get most of its business from foreign tourists. At ~50-60k for a main, and 35k for spring rolls and glutinous rice cakes, dishes are significantly more expensive than most standard chay restaurants. The food comes quick and hot, probably because much of it is microwaved; if you sit near the back, you can hear them nuking it as you wait.
Based on this, the food tastes like you'd expect. It's not bad, but it's kind of bland, and like a lot of microwaved vegan food it tastes like it's got extra salt, sugar, and oil to compensate for flavour loss. The portions are on the small side for the price and quality. The dipping sauces are quite nice, though.
The owners/staff are friendly and speak English well. An English menu is available, but there appears to be separate menus for foreigners and Vietnamese. The latter has some different dishes, but the same dishes seem to be cheaper.
You could do worse in Huế, but I'd recommend going instead to Thanh Liễu across the street or Lạc Tâm down the alley to get better food in larger portions for less money.

Big menu with variety in meals, I would recommend buying a few meals and sharing between 2 as they weren’t the biggest in size.

Delicious and many options - Edit
I am vegetarian and my partner is vegan - he ordered the “chicken” fried rice and I had “chicken” and veg fried noodles as mains, both were very tasty and good sized. We ordered Banh Nam as a side and it was a huge portion (we had about 6 pieces each) these were so tasty and filling. The owners did like to get involved in telling us how to eat them, which irritated my partner slightly as others were eating them the same way as us. Otherwise, very tasty food and a lovely place to eat.

The place is confortable, no tiny plastic chairs, the staff there doesn't speak English, but that's not an issue at all for them to communicate and be lovely. And the food is yummy.

Authentic local cuisine, non spicy eaters be warned! - Edit
Excellent food, although the food was a bit greasy. For those not acclimatised to the vietnamese spiciness; ask what dishes are spicy.

DON'T EVER GO THERE!!! - Edit
I would have given this place zero stars, but the app won't let me for some reason. At first we thought we found a hidden gem close to our hotel. We ordered the vegan pho. It wasn't anything special, just chunks of mock meat and tofu with some noodles, no vegetables at all. When we were about halfway through the soup, we noticed tiny bugs floating in our meals. Disgusted, we stopped eating immediately and called staff. They apologized and offered us another portion, but we wouldn't eat anything else in there even if they paid us. At least we didn't have to pay for the food.

The food in here was fiyah. I ordered the loc rice cakes and fried tofu wow, that's all I have to say. The cafe is a small local looking front. We had a lil old lady serve us she was so cute even told me to finish up in her broken English. If I stayed in hue longer I would have gone back again and again. Lovely lil find. Don't pass it by.

Amazing place with all vegan Vietnamese food - Edit
Don't skip this place when you're travelling through Hue. Super friendly owner who speaks English and the food was so tasty! Ordered the vegan chicken curry, morning glory and fried spring rolls. Springrolls a bit oily (think the oil needed a bit more heat), curry the tastiest I've had in Vietnam and my partner LOVED the morning glory. 195.000 dong for these dishes, a coke, an icecold banana smoothie and a small water. Great value for money.

I loved the dishes I got here and am so glad to have come. There are veganized versions of dishes with meat, which are quite good, as well as vegetable and tofu dishes. There are also fruit juices and smoothies. The waiter was really friendly. Hope to come back.
