What a selection AND good food - Edit
I had noodles with vegan beef and it was excellent. My Omni companion enjoyed his “chow fun” as well, although it wasn’t the thick noodles we are used to but thin rice noodles fried and crispy.

Vegan crispy rolls - delicious, though one serving is 3 rolls
Tofu banh mi - nice bread and flavorsome. Asked for these to be vegan which they can do. Ask them to add vegan mayo as that do have it
Cashew rice - loved this, very tasty
Pros: Good prices, Easily adjustable vegetarian menu

Our Favorite - Edit
Delicious food. The vegetarian menu is large and features some really good mock-meats. The staff are lovely people. The space is nice and clean. We came here several times during our stay in Seattle, and it is our favorite place in the U-district. We loved it so much that we even bought a couple of their vegan “pork” bahn mi to take on the plane home. Can’t wait to go back!
