Great palmier - Edit
Delicious cinnamon palmier. They also had a plain one and an apple strudel which looked good but I didn't try them. If you're looking for it, it's not in the main popular arcade by the water, but opposite across the street

They were nice and made us a hummus veggie grilled sammie. Stated they no longer serve Field Roast. Only sugar or cinnamon palmiers were vegan baked goods. Lots of vegan bread loaves.

Sugar palmier was very nice. It was good to see a couple of vegan options - would be great if they could add a few more please! They had two types of palmier, breads and a few sandwiches.

Despite the other reviews, we were there today and were told they haven't had the fieldroast or made vegan breakfast sandwiches in quite a while. That leaves a humus and veggie sandwich that is vegan.

Field roast sandwich = yum - Edit
Cool vibe at this sandwich bar tucked away in Pikes Place market. They offer hummus or field roast for vegan sammies and will prepare it separately from non-vegan good if you let them know you’re vegan! Nice selection of drinks too and the service was great.

I saw this place walking by and they have tons of clearly labeled vegan breads, in addition to a vegan few pastries. I just had a pastry, and I forgot the name of it but it was like a cookie mixed with a cinnamon roll - so good!

Huge Variety Of Vegan Loaves, With Some Sandwiches And Sweet Treats - Edit
A great place to buy breads. They have a variety of breads, including multiple wild sourdoughs, all of which are vegan, and loafs stuffed or studded with other ingredients, such as one with roasted garlic (yes vegan). Additionally, they usually have vegan cinnamon palmiers and a vegan strudel. Vegan options are clearly marked, but the staff is also knowledgeable about vegan options. They also offer a variety of sandwiches made with Field Roast products, but I personally have only tried the bread products.
