Breakfast classics vegan style! - Edit
Was delighted to try here when in Liverpool. All the photos I had seen already made for a definite visit. The atmosphere is nice, the service a little slow, but the food was good. I had the "eggs" which were interesting. Would like to see them done with some more black salt and nutritional yeast. Will hopefully get to visit again to try the rest of the menu.

We came here for lunch. The restaurant is really nice inside. I ordered a snickers smoothie which was really nice and my partner had a hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows. I then ordered vegan benny with vegan poached eggs and with mushrooms on the side. There was jackfruit in it too. I really liked the sauce and the jackfruit particularly. The poached “eggs “ were good too. A decent sized serving. My partner had the bow tie bolognese and I had a taste, which was good. We then share the chocolate mint cake.

The Vibe is a lovely little vegan café, conveniently located a short walk from the Albert Dock & the waterfront. They offer a wide range of breakfast and lunches - so much so that we struggled to decide what to order. In the end, I went for the JLT sandwich (smokey pulled jackfruit, salsa, spinach, mayo & nacho cheese on a toasted ciabatta) while my wife had a 'salmon' & cream cheese bagel (the 'salmon' is made using carrots and is better than it may sound). Both were very good. They also make a good oat milk flat white which is always a bonus!

Gorgeous cafe, central location, great service and brilliant food. I recently went to Liverpool for a few days and visited this cafe three times. Cakes were gone too soon before any pictures could be taken. 😋

I have been meaning to go to The Vibe ever since I first moved to Liverpool a year ago, however for some reason I have always been putting it off. After going, I wish that I had not left it as long as I had ! The food was amazing and healthy too ! The staff were super nice and friendly and everything was super tasty and nice. Additionally, they also have quite a nice selection of hot drinks. Ironically, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of at ‘The Vibe’ was in fact ‘the vibe’, however this is simply because the aesthetic of the place isn’t synonymous with my own personal aesthetic: it is still a super friendly and warm atmosphere inside. Highly recommend!!!

The food was really good and everyone was very friendly! The staff recommended some more restaurants to visit in the area as well because we’re tourists. Dogs are allowed and get a bowl of water which is amazing! We just thought it was a little pricey that’s all.

This is the best vegan restaurant in Liverpool. We never not go here when in town. The food is fresh, tasty and consistently great. The place has a lovely vibe and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It has convenient opening times and is large enough to not have to pre book. It's also easy to find being on the edge of the Liverpool One bus station. Go, you'll not regret it.

I used to enjoy Potts Coffee before it closed, and Egg Cafe and the Bookbinder also offer decent vegan full English breakfasts, but The Vibe has a much more thoughtful and unique menu. There is an attention to detail, level of presentation, and pleasant decor too. The overall package is unmatched, and the level of effort and thought given should be inspiration to other vegan restaurants to improve

We came here to try the vegg, and they didn't disappoint (both poached and fried). I found it pretty tasty food although some things on the breakfast plate were a bit bland for my taste buds (specifically the cabbage, mushrooms, and scrambled tofu). Lovely service, great atmosphere. 4.5 stars

The menu here is just brilliant. Everything is vegan so no need to worry about substitutes etc. I had the mushroom gyros and it was so tasty. My husband had a tofu scramble and carrot salmon. The cashew hollandaise was amazing. If only we lived nearby.
