Went for the pistachio croissant but it was sold out. Staff recommended me another pasty, something with chocolate and cream inside which was absolutely delicious as well.
Read moreSaw some packaged cakes and took them to go but they were so dry they were almost inedible. Later found out they aren't homemade so that made me give 5 stars anyway.

Great little cafe, we visited a couple of times. A range of tortillas and quiche to try with options including spinach, potato, leek, and courgette. The pastries were equally fab. We tried plain and chocolate croissants and enjoyed them with the coffee.

Read moreThe sandwiches are probably made in batches, so might not be 100% fresh. There was a whole bunch of them uncovered on the counter. It was a reason for me to not order the avocado sandwich.
Its a small place meant for a quick visit to fill up on food and fluids.
Staff hardly spoke English, which was quite surprising given the location with a lot of tourists. But with a few words Spanish and English by both sides we made it work.

Went for a coffee and croissant in the morning. Both very nice. Took away a sandwich baguette for my airport food which was super nice, I recommend the bolognese one! Great prices and good service.

This place was just a few minutes walk from our hotel. We stopped in every day during our stay in Barcelona for either a pastry, breakfast or to grab food on our travel day.
