Truly a vegan delight! - Edit
Had a delicious meal at The Utopia Deli this afternoon. I tried the veg chkn sliders and dumpling tacos. The chefs creations are unique and full of flavor. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into the planning of the menu.

Small food truck, big menu - Edit
Found this tiny little food truck on Google when I was passing through Little Rock AR. Wasn't on HappyCow yet for some reason which surprised me because they had some awesome offerings like vegan catfish po'boy and vegan Philly. 100% vegan food truck. Be sure to ask them where they are located at because the location they list on Google they were not at, they were somewhere else. They had a little patio area where you could eat outside with Mario games being played on the projector on the building
