Sub-par carvery

Had the Sunday carvery, which is the only meal on a Sunday. Had been here before and offered a vegan substitute to meat, this time didn’t have anything but potatoes and vegetables for £16.50 which doesn’t really make up a meal.

Pros: The red onion was 10/10 divine, Rest of the vegetables were quite tasty , Helpful staff

Cons: No vegan meat substitute

Decent vegan options

This is a great pub with an improving vegan menu. I had the smoked bean and vegetable chilli which was pretty good. They also do a vegan Thai curry and a burger.

Pros: Great atmosphere , Huge beer garden, Good choice of beers

Cons: Limited vegan choice, but improving.
