Great vegan breakfast hash

Didn’t get too excited glancing at the menu, but I found the Vegan Hash Bowl on the breakfast menu and it was delightful. Just Egg, potato, veggies, tofu and a chipotle cashew crème. Very filling after a long day of adventures the day before.
