Bliss - Edit
After weeks of momos and dhal I really missed some fresh veggies and this place has it all. Fresh salads with grains like quinoa and chia, veggie burger, green juice and very creative smoothies - the one with coffee, peanut butter and banana was excellent. The food menu is small, but they make it really well. Very peaceful and friendly setting, you can spend hours watching the lake and people go by. Definitely the best place on lakeside for health conscious people.

Vegan BLAT is so good! - Edit
I initially developed a weird grudge against this place for being so popular, but after we finally got to try it out, I get it 😂 Throughout our 6 week stay in Pokhara and walking past here nearly every day, the place was always packed and we thought we’d never get a chance to eat there. Finally one day we spotted a free table and grabbed lunch.
Read moreI had the vegan BLAT sandwich but they’d run out of avocado so replaced it with mushrooms, and the tofu “bacon” wasn’t very bacon-like, so it didn’t end up resembling a BLAT at all... but it was absolutely delicious anyways. Really fresh veggies and amazing crusty bread. My bf had the mushroom burger made vegan - they swapped the paneer for tofu. Staff had good knowledge of veganism and it’s nice that they offered to substitute the paneer instead of just leaving it off. The burger was pretty good but the side potatoes were soggy and the burger was really messy, my BLAT was better. Actually it was one of the best things I ate in our whole Nepal trip, which is saying a lot for a sandwich.
Pros: Fresh & delicious food, Moderate prices, Great vegan options
Cons: Food was a bit oily

Food wise - Edit
The good thing regarding the food options is that any option can be made vegan according to what i have been told. The vegan mushroom burger and tofu sandwich were ok, but it didnt make us satisfied as a meal. I guess its a good place for juice and to chill but not for a meal. The seating area is beautiful next to the lake and i love the kirtan they have every monday and friday.
Read morePros: Seating area beautiful, Next to lake, Kirtan amazing
Cons: Not a place for food

Beautiful ambiance ! - Edit
This is a really nice place to eat ! However, there are not that many vegan options I found, but the ones there are delicious! The portions are very generous and the people are so nice ! Also, there is a very nice view on the lake. Their smoothies taste too much like banana, but there is still a good variety of them. All of the smoothie bowls are vegan also. The price point is pretty good too! There are also some vegan desserts but I didn’t get a chance to taste them since they close super early.

Cons: Smoothies are not the best, Closes very early

Great value for money - Edit
This is for sure my favorite place in Pokhara. I went here every day when I was there. I had the choc/pb smoothiebowl, super green smoothiebowl, poached pear oatmeal, mushroom burger, and an apple muffin.
Read moreThe smoothiebowls were amazing. Especially the chocolate one, because it had a lot of delicious toppings. The poached pear oatmeal was nothing special. There was not much fruit in it. It was just plain oatmeal after 5 bites. The consistency was perfect though! The burger was really good, but the potatoes on the side could be better.
The bakery items are nog amazing though. The muffin was a bit dry, and my friend said the same about her chocolate cake.
The price of the food is pretty cheap if you compare it to other places like this. The ingredients seemed fresh and good. I would really recommend this place. Great value for the money.

Fantastic place to spend a few hours - Edit
Really good sallads. The smoothie bowls need less banana and more taste of whatever bowl it is. Slow. But Super cozy and good price!

Delicious food and great location! - Edit
I ordered the vegan BLAT, it’s so delicious! The bacon is made of tofu. It’s better than bacon. Love the area since it is facing the lake. A lot of tourists come here and it’s close to my hostel.

Kind of perfect place - Edit
This is a beautiful vegetarian vegan restaurant with open area and wonderful lake view. They have also a floor sitting area. The food is really good, creative, and they always accept to make vegan modifications to vegetarian dishes. They also have homemade soy milk, and the delicious pot of soya chai tea is at fair price 150 rupiah. They make their own delicious sourdough bread, but have also nice gluten free option. One of our favorite restaurants!

Super menu with all kinds of smoothies and lunch with homemade sourghdough bread - Edit
I returned three times, so far to try all the goods they have on the menu. The tofu salad is amazing and the bread they make is absolutely delish. The smoothies taste as good as they look: try Mortal Sin with soy milk!
Read moreThe place is cozy just near the lake, the staff are hard workers who always seem to carry a smile.
A massive five star for this place!

My favorite place in Pokhara - Edit
I have been “living” in Pokhara for 3 months. I can tell you this is my favorite place so far. Many healthy choices and they can also adjust your choice to vegan if possible. The staffs are really friendly and always greeting me when I pass by on the way to my Airbnb. also I always buy their homemade soya milk. Always love to eat their salads, sourdough toasts or oatmeal. My mother loves to eat breakfast there: muesli with yoghurt or salads.

Beautiful outdoor seating area by the lake. Healthy food, good portions, and the bread tastes amazing.
Read moreThe price is quite high by Nepali standards, so this cafe is mostly used by tourists, and that's why I'm not giving it five stars. Good vegan food should be affordable for all :)

Smoothies and Salad heaven - Edit
Read moreThe Juicery has a quiet and idyllic garden with a view of the lake. I come here almost everyday because of their excellent juices, smoothies, salads, avocado toast and oatmeal. A perfect food spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch.
If you order a smoothie bowl, ask for müsli or extra fruit on top instead of the granola that has honey inside.
Cons: Never vegan pastries

Fantastic garden cafe - Edit
Small cafe on the main street in Lakeside, away from the busy touristy areas. Lovely garden undercover area to sit in, great veg menu with a huge selection of smoothies. Heaps of health foods you can add as well. The tofu potato salad with peanut dressing was a clear winner. Size was great and prices decent. Highly recommend this place.
