Great pub with a cozy atmosphere. The service is friendly and the table quizzes are great (make sure you book in advance). I found the vegan burger okay. There is the option to veganize several burgers and it's great that they offer vegan burgers, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of taste. The patty was fried quite dark, there was a small blob of Sauce on it but it was very dry and overall the taste was quite bland. It lacked that special something and the love they put into their non-vegan burgers. would come here more for the atmosphere, but not necessarily for the food.

Gewollt runtergerockte Pub mit einem veganen Burger. Jeder andere Burger ist veganisierbar. Burger wurden beim servieren klar benannt so dass keine Verwechslung möglich war. Burger sind ganz gut.

Though they only offer one vegan burger, from what I’ve read other can be veganised. I was happy with the one option fries and vegan mayo. My vegetarian friend liked it there as well :). Friendly staff and cute pub atmosphere!

Decent vegan burger in a crowded pub - Edit
Visited this pub on a Thursday evening. Crowded, but there was room in their beer garden. Although there were a lot of people, I think the service was relatively fast.
Read moreHave read on various social media that this vegan burger was awful, but I disagree. Good consistency and mix of different ingredients. I have survived worse vegan burgers.
In addition to the only vegan main course, they have French fries. Quite a small selection, but that's how it is sometimes.
There are quite nice beers here.

The vegan offer was okay. However, I ordered extra vegan salad and it was served with a non-vegan dressing. So I couldn't eat it. Either the fries weren't that great. The burgers were very mushy :/. We also had reserved specially a table to eat and instead were seated in a small spot by the passage to the kitchen and toilet. Was very uncomfortable. I don't understand why everyone celebrates these burgers so much. Will definitely try them again, but my last experience wasn't good.

The one and only vegan burger on the menu is fine but I've definitely had better ones. It's a great local pub though!
