At Tasty Hand-Pulled Noodles, I opted for the Fried Tofu Vegetable Noodle Soup with Veggie Broth ($12.50). Despite not being labeled vegan, the staff confirmed its dairy and meat-free status. With 8 noodle styles to choose from, I went for the Regular Hand Pulled Noodle.

The broth was delicately seasoned, the noodles incredibly fresh (possibly the freshest I've ever had), and the tofu, delightful. Bok choy and spinach garnished the soup, and while I thought about the possibility of additional veggies, I appreciated the dish's simplicity.

For the price, the portion was generous, including an unexpected side of tofu. The service was friendly, and my table was well-equipped. Worth noting: cash only, limited indoor seating, and communal outdoor tables. A delightful experience overall!
