They don’t seem to have a vegan menu anymore. You can simply add a plant based patty to any burger. Staff is super friendly! The non alcoholic drinks are creative and tasty.

I had a plant based burger with baked apple and some plant based nuggets on the side. Both were very tasty. You can substitute a plant patty for most of the burgers.

Read moreMy family and I stopped by for dinner and did not see the vegan options listed on their menu like last year. After chatting with the staff and asking them about the vegan options, they had shared that they no longer have the vegan options/menu.
Wow! Their burgers were so juicy and flavorful. It was one of the best plant based burgers that I’ve had. My partner and I stayed nearby and were unaware that they had vegan options until we walked by and read the menu. They have a great selection of plant based burgers. My favorite was the mushroom, cheese, mozzarella burger!

Sold out by 2 PM - Edit
We went there on a weekday at 2 PM. While ordering we were told the vegan cheese was sold out and if we would like normal cheese. We odered the plant based burgers without cheese. After another few minutes passed and we were told the vegan buns were also sold out and they asked if we would take the normal buns, that's when we left the restaurant. I was very surprised why they would be sold out so early on a weekday. The variety looked good, but a bit expensive. Sad.

I was served a meat burger at this place and I took a bite. It was only the thinness of the patty that made me second guess if this was vegan. Horrified after eight years of veganism. Staff barely apologised.

Juicy Plant-Based Burger Options - Edit
I was so happy to see such a big list of plant-based burger options! I get kind of sad when there’s simply one ‘veggie burger’ on the menu. I didn’t catch what brand they were using, but I’d say the burger tasted like a Beyond Meat patty. I got the pineapple burger, which came with fries, and went for about ¥1,800 ($11 USD). There was some kind of sweet onion sauce on it, and let me just say, it was delicious. The shoestring fries were perfect!

The food is very good, I think I can taste some quality in all the ingredient but I am no expert. The price is OK, specially for Shibuya, not expensive nor cheap. The service is very good for me. Every time I went I felt a good energy and atmosphere from the staff (young and passionate). Also the service is quiet fast.
I am really not into the whole American vibe of the restaurant, quiet the opposite but I can tolerate than. Definitely not a place to go with your loved one unless really into the wild-west American vibe (animal head trophy and big American flag). I would appreciate way more the place without that but I cannot be too picky... yet.
Pros: Food quality, Good atmosphere from the staff, Fast service
Cons: Small place, American look (unless you like it)

There’s a plant based burger menu… - Edit
I was happy to notice there was a plant based burger menu available at this place. I had the “The Great Plant Based Double Cheeseburger” which was good. It might be my own fault for ordering a double, but I could hardly eat this burger without it falling out all over the place because it was stacked just too tall to fit in an average human’s mouth. Aside from the mess, it was a decent burger with decent flavor. The restaurant is located in a prime location near Shibuya station so after you’re done stuffing your face, you can head out and walk it off around town.
