Nice pub, but not vegan friendly - Edit
This is a lovely pub for a drink, but it's not vegan friendly (despite the online menu having a few vegan options listed). When I visited the mushroom chilli was no longer on the menu. The vegetarian sausages were unavailable. I didn't ask about the beyond burger. The final option on the menu is a Greek salad advertised as vegan but also described as having mayonnaise. I asked for this (vegan version) and was presented with a bowl of lettuce with a few kernels of corn and half a tomato. I had specifically asked for no mayonnaise while ordering to ensure it was vegan, but halfway through, discovered there was mayonnaise underneath. We were charged full price - no discount despite half the ingredients being omitted (£14 for basically a bowl of lettuce). So disappointing.

Good vegan burger & A VEGAN DESSERT - Edit
Stumbled upon this pub to watch darts & got the vegan Beyond Burger as well as the lemon tart with vegan icecream & what can I say? It’s definitely nothing super special, but they have a vegan starter, main & dessert & everything tasted really good. Staff is lovely as well!

Read moreI wouldn't ear here. It's a chain pub offering a basic menu and a lack of fresh food. If I had a friend visiting Edinburgh and they went here j would be mortified.
You have two much better places less than 300 yards away.
