Killer pop tarts and great lattes - Edit
Omg finally some vegan pop tarts! I got the cherry and the pumpkin and they were both fantastic. Very flaky and rich! The filling is to die for. We also got a vegan bundt cake, but I'm not quite sure the flavor. They gave it to us by mistake, but it was also incredible. My husband said it was his favorite item out of all 3 pastries. The pumpkin spice latte was rich and comforting. I will definitely be back to try more items in the future.

First class breakfast options - Edit
Coffee Class is a very inclusive dining environment with explicit vegan postings and very accessible offerings. They are very understanding with questions about drink options and take the extra time to make sure you’re accommodated.

Fun, busy atmosphere with fresh pastries and good coffee - Edit
I got a vegan apple strudel, which was delicious, and as I was leaving, they brought out fresh, vegan, pumpkin pop tarts. They had at least three vegan lunches/brunches too, one including biscuits and gravy. Pastries seem to sell quickly, so call if you’re set on something.

Good to have options - Edit
Their variety of vegan stuff changes, but they usually have one menu item and one pastry available at all times. the coffee is very middle ground, but I'll come back regardless, as I love to support places with vegan options.

Nice to have vegan options! - Edit
Did some remote work here on a weekend just before lunchtime. It gets very busy, lots of outside seating but not much inside. Staff was super friendly even though it was super busy.
Read moreNice that they seem to always have at least one vegan baked good. The only option at that time was the Pumpkin pop tart, but it was really good. Also ordered a latte and an iced tea. Both were great.
Pros: fun space , great service
Cons: limited seating / outlets

A Vegan Dream - Edit
It’s not often you find a coffee shop that offers such decadent pastry options to go alongside your coffee but Coffee Class is blowing everyone else out of the water with their available options! They have multiple locations, the shops are so cute, the coffee is superb, the owner is insanely nice, the staff are friendly, and the food makes me feel like I’ve died and gone to vegan food heaven 😉 They always change the food selections seasonly (as well as their drinks) and even have a vegan “cloud foam top” you can add in multiple flavors to any drink. If there was one coffee shop in Vegas to visit on a vegan diet, Coffee Class is the only option for me!

Delicious vegan options - Edit
There are several vegan options from coffee, to meals, to sweet treats. I’m used to black coffee so I ordered a cold brew with oatmilk. Nothing crazy. It tasted how I expected a black coffee with milk to taste lol. The vegan biscuits and gravy won my heart. & the vegan berry pop tart was so good. Definitely coming again for the food!

Tried sooo hard to like this spot - Edit
I’ll start off by saying their vegan biscuits and gravy are soo good! My boyfriend travels for work so we made it a point to go to coffee class early in the morning each time he has an Am flight. I would say we went in total about 7 times. I wish I was joking when I say every time our coffee has tasted so bad! The first tome we ordered the Nitro and it straight up tasted like a strong IPA beer. Very gross but we figured that just wasn’t the drink for us. Next time I ordered the vegan blueberry latte and it tasted BURNT! This has happened every time since then with each different vegan drink we order and it doesn’t make sense for it to taste burnt every time! Especially since we are quite literally the first people to order right when they open. The food is good but please avoid their burnt coffee! There is a new ALL VEGAN and ORGANIC coffee spot in Henderson called AlmondnOat. It’s way farther away but for vegan and organic food I’ll make that drive just to show my support. Hopefully not burnt! Lol!

Great shop - Edit
This cute coffee shop always has a few amazing vegan and sometimes also GF pastries. They have a few vegan food items too. For drinks there are different nondairy options with an upcharge. So that's a bummer.

Best Coffee Spot in Vegas! - Edit
I go here all the time and always satisfied with my options for drinks and food/treats. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about what drinks can be made vegan by substituting the dairy milk for one of their many Plant Milk options! They always have new and yummy drinks and foods! They’re very accommodating to vegans 💕
