The salads look and sound similar to their Chinese counterparts, BUT they are a bit bland in comparison, so I think next time we'll just order a different veggie dish instead of a salad :)

Quick update after a few more visits: I have now found my absolute favourites and would like to wholeheartedly recommend the leghmen noodles and the noodles with fried garlic. The green beans are pretty great, too!
