Read moreI got the 12 piece bucket and my partner had the Nashville Hot. The 'chicken' is so succulent and the coating is awesome. It came with a good range of sauces. It makes me feel sad that I probably won't go here again as I don't live nearby.

I had wanted to go for so long that I ended up ordering way too much because I didn't want to miss out on anything. The milkshakes, doners and chick'n options are awesome. The burger patty was pretty nasty though. Staff don't care, but food is amazing.

Read moreif you like seitan, you’ll love it here, hence the name. a great wide menu. i will say, if you’re not a fan of spice, stay away from the buffalo sauce. i also got the tator tots, which were good.
as for drink, i liked the hazelnut milkshake!
location is PERFECT for the beginning of a night out, with a ton of fun bars and clubs nearby. i really recommend the “london party pub crawl”, especially as a tourist.
docked a point for a bit of a lack of flavoring in the chicken wings, not super noticeable but not 5 star seitan

Read moreThe food itself my rating goes just for the wings, they were very nice. The box i ordered (chips and 'chicken') was very dry after a few bites, definitely would order something else next time.
My dad ate the burger and after a few bites he felt it was sickly and dry but this might be because of the ingredients they use. Also our visit was in 2019 so they may have changed their ingredients or menu im not sure but personally I am not going to go back and find out~

The fried Seitan is always great no matter what variation you have. However a couple of wonderful notable mentions are just how good the mac ‘n’ cheese is as well as the Vego hazelnut milkshake. We’ll worth a try if you go here.

I love seitan but it can be dense, this was actually quite light and fluffy, chewy (in a good way, like chicken). The breading was on point and the sauce was great too! Will def be back to try more things from the menu.
One thing I'll say is it's not clear when you walk in that you're supposed to order at the tablet by yourself. I kept waiting for someone to come over and take my order, lol. Just a heads up!

I think I prefer the kings cross branch but what is not to love about getting a box of chicken bites the size of my head with sriracha !! One time I visited and we had to order on just eat for pick up, even though we were sat in already, because the tills werent working. But it was fine and a funny story and they even gave us some money back! And I have also been a million times with no problems what so ever. I’ll always have a special place in my heart for temple.

Everything they do here is great. However, the Mac and Cheese beats anyone else’s! The “chicken” wings are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The burger had great flavour.

Read moreWe got a combo for the two of us: chicken bucket with fries, coleslaw, Macncheese plus Gravy. It was all very delicious and the size so huge we could have been eating with 3-4 people.
The price was so fair for London and vegan and in general.

Why do chickens need to die, why do people need to clog their arteries and increase their risks for heart disease and cancer when Temple of Seitan serves "chicken" as good as (or better than) KFC. I've been a devotee of Temple of Seitan from their original location in Hackney and now to their space in hip Camden. Even though the food tastes the same, this will be my number one location thanks to the amazing Fernando, who keeps the customers super happy with his attentive and friendly service. Hey, Temple of Seitan, hope you open in New York City soon!
