Excellent Japanese with excellent vegan options - Edit
Tanuki San allows for nice gatherings between vegan and non-vegan people. It also offers multiple tasty options for all-vegan people, including options to veganize non-vegan dishes. It’s all very tasty. Panko-fried tofu with rice, and aubergine with rice, are also particularly recommended. Excellent option in Badajoz.

Restaurante japonés con variedad de opciones veganas. Tienen un apartado separado vegetariano/vegano en la carta. La atención fue muy amable, se encargaron de asegurarse en cocina de que todo fuera vegano o se adaptase lo que fuera necesario en nuestro pedido. Probamos hosomakis de aguacate, futomakis veggie, tofu rebozado (asegurarse que no le pongan huevo) con arroz y unas gyozas de verduras. Todo estaba muy bueno, para repetir.
