Clean and healthy

Only open once a week, and only a few seats, but make it here on a Sunday to be treated to a decent portion of homemade organic vegan food. My lunch set cost 1400 yen and came with a soy-based gratin, rice, a little salad, two pieces of kara-age, and tons of vegetables served with a savory vegetable reduction sauce.

The menu changes every month or week depending on the seasons and what is available. I saw pictures of kara-age sandwiches and various sides. Sometimes you might have multiple options to choose from, sometimes there is only a single set menu.

The space has other popup food service and workshops on other days, some of which are plant-based.

Pros: Everything is homemade, Chef goes to great length to avoid all additives

Cons: Small menu gives you little or no choice
