Great vegan food in District 3 - Edit
The food is excellent quality, not just fake meats. The presentation is very nice and the prices are good (50-80k per dish). Not 100% vegan - they serve eggs with some dishes.

The food took a bit of time being cooked but was clearly fresh and was very tasty. Quite an extensive menu with reasonable prices. No English spoken but English and pictures on the menu. As well as the tables downstairs there’s a pleasant room upstairs. Very friendly and definitely worth visiting this new, almost vegan restaurant.
