Some vegan options, lots of dairy - Edit
Quite a few fusion vegan options including chili potato and samosa tacos. Much of their menu can be made vegan by omitting cheese and sour cream. Really good beans and rice. Taco plate is a pretty good value.

Fast and easy to order Ⓥ - Edit
Got stuck at the airport hotel when the airline delay caused me to miss the connection. Used Grubhub to get late-night Ⓥ (they close at 11p). Their online menu is really well labeled, ordering I. Grubhub made ordering Ⓥ feel totally easy and the food was FAST and made Ⓥ! I’m happy. Priced affordably and strangely simple but smart recipes. Just order: No Sour Cream and No Queso of any sort.
