V good vegan food - Edit
A vegan take on old standards. We were just going to go to a restaurant with fried pickles and blackberry mayo, until we saw that it wasn’t vegan. Luckily, they gave it here! Interestingly, we’re not from New York, but in an entirely vegan restaurant, we’re right at home 12 hours away.

Glad I saw this on happy cow on our way to niagra falls!. Myself, my boyfriend and 2 kids were all pleased plus we got deserts for later! Everyone was so friendly also!

Found Strong Hearts on HappyCow while traveling through Upstate NY. Read the great reviews and was not disappointed. I had a Thai tofu salad and husband had veggie and hummus wrap - both were great. The desserts are also amazing. I had the cookie butter cheesecake, which I’m pretty sure is the best cheesecake ever! We also got a huge chocolate chip cookie. It started to rain when we were leaving so we decided to wait it and I got a caramel cookie dough milkshake while waited. Best. Milkshake. Ever. Wish we lived in the area because we would be here often.

Maple tofu sandwich was amazing. The salad we had was really great too. The milkshakes are nuts though…not overrated at all, no idea how they make them that good. Maybe the best milkshake I’ve ever had honestly. Open a Strong Hearts in the Capital Region next!

We absolutely enjoyed our visit to Strong Hearts Cafe. Although we needed time to choose among the many food options, staff remained friendly and helped us to make the right choices. Food arrived timely. Beverage options are also great.

A godsend after visiting Niagara Falls, where everywhere you turn is another steakhouse. Came here hungry and left very happy. I got the chicken bacon sandwich, which was delicious without tasting like fake meat (which I can’t stand). Perfect fries. The desserts looked great but had no room. Nice, bright and clean space with a chill vibe. Friendly service. Wish there was one in my NYC neighborhood.

Delicious food, large salad and amazing nachos! Even a half order served as a side for 3 of us to share. I enjoyed the Southwestern Chicken Salad, just subbed ranch dressing. Love that they use real dishes/cups and utensils instead of disposable. They even have a water bottle filling station.

The food here is amazing. Had the wings and the buffalo Philly. So good. The staff was super friendly. Will definitely go again the next time we are in town. Unfortunately we're visiting from Tallahassee so I don't know when that will be. However, it IS on the list for a must return visit!

Make sure to try the wings. We had half garlic parm and half BBQ. They’re not to be missed! My husband’s Philly cheesesteak was enormous. The chicken Shwarma and kale chicken Cesar wrap are perfect for lunch time.

I had PB chocolate shake thick and creamy and delicious. I also had a Buffalo chicken sandwich. This too was delicious, thick patty with L&T. with a nice size side salad. And the salad want iceburg! Really bright, nice service from the counter foaks.

My partner and I wanted to try so many things here. Ended up with the Reuben, a cookie dough espresso milkshake, the immunity smoothie, the birthday cheesecake, and an oatmeal cream pie. The drinks and sandwich were amazing. All the things you look for in a Reuben - melty, savory, with buttery toasted bread. Every bite was a delight! The oatmeal cream pie was okay but a little too sweet and the cheesecake could be skipped - bland base and way too sweet frosting on top. Overall, the place had cool vibes, many options, and I would go back for more milkshakes and savory foods!!

Big menu, lots of great shakes. Also a bunch of baked goods like cheesecake, cupcakes, etc. Has changed a lot since switching locations, more focused on burgers and that kind of thing as opposed to soups and sandwiches, but the menu is much larger now. Interior of the restaurant is also nice.

Great spot- sandwiches are delicious and so are salads and great selection of shakes and smoothies, kombucha etc. Place was very busy but still seating left and seats outside too.

Service was pretty moody.. didn’t exactly feel too welcome or helped, but that would be my only small criticism. .
Worth a detour for for sure .

Read moreI ordered the "chicken bacon ranch" sandwich. Both of my colleagues got the sweet potato burger.
Now the sandwich was epic, the ranch was so phenomenal!! I wish it came with fries instead of chips but it was 10/10.
I heard they loved the sweet potato burger. My Omni colleague told me the next morning that unlike when he would eat a cow meat burger, he woke up feeling amazing and no side effects. Plant based diets are for real!!

The food was fantastic, the service was friendly, and prompt. We had a burger and fries. Delicious! The fries were so crispy! They also had a great assortment of desserts! The "Faux'sstess" cupcake was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Stopped by this place on a road trip and was very pleased. The mac and cheese is a cashew base that could have been soaked/blended for a little longer and the the hand that spread the horseradish and garlic felt a big heavy but everything else was great! Would definitely recommend.

1st time here. Free parking located across the street. Dine in or take out. Nice clean space inside. Friendly service. Many options to choose from. I tried the sassy fried Chick’n and I was not disappointed at all. It was a nice portion size. I chose a pickle and added a side of fries. Delicious and I am looking forward to coming back.
