Concerning the food stall: I will give it 4 stars because in a place like Bansko, it is quite amazing that they even have vegan options. The sandwich was okay, good bread, inside were olives, raw onion, tomatoes, vegan cheese, salad and I believe some sort of dressing/pesto. Cheap. No indoor seating.
Read moreThe supermarket offers a variety of plant-based milks, cheese, protein bars and dessert stuff (chocolate, mochi etc.), frozen vegan burgers and similar. I didn't find vegan yoghurt.

Vegan burger and pizza - Edit
The soy-based burger with vegan cheddar on top, was quite tasty. However, the only dining option is outdoor seating, which can be quite chilly depending on the time of year.

Vegan pizza & burger - Edit
It's a street bar inside a supermarket. The super has a nice selection of vegan items, relatively speaking, and this is the only place I found that delivers a vegan pizza. It comes with olives, onions and corn.
