The French fries are pretty good and there are some more vegan options. They have oat milk for the coffee. All in all okay.

Pretty inexpensive Italian food - Edit
Probably due to the self-serve nature of the restaurant, the prices here are really low for a Swiss restaurant. Also, the building is brand now and quite nicely furnished.

Modern hotel, looks good, better than most mountain restaurants. The menu offers a relatively large number of vegetarian options for a mountain restaurant. However, in my opinion, the quality of the food is on the lower end. Of course, it always depends on your point of view. The other mountain restaurants in Stoos don't serve better food. However, the Wellness Hotel (500m away) clearly serves better, but more expensive food (I can't remember the number of veggie and vegan options there) than the lodge.
