Great sweets!

I love the sticky buns, I wish they would make more of them! It always seems like they have sold out. Otherwise, I have loved everything I’ve ever gotten from there! They have great brunch and food too. The Mac and cheese is awesome.

Great variety

I know it's controversial, but I went to a bakery and got fries. They didn't disappoint. The donuts weren't bad either. Highly recommend!

Great pancakes!

Really great all-vegan bakery with good brunch (on weekends) and regular dishes too! The pancakes were some of the best vegan pancakes I’ve ever had! Large portions too:)

Everything was so Delicious!!

This is a great little spot right across the street from the grocery store. I was lucky enough to pop in on a day that they had donuts😛😛😛

Pros: EVERYTHING WAS VEGAN! Some items were also gf

Cons: Vegan eateries are always a little more costly.😘

Vegan food in Columbia Heights

I had the quesadillas: the food was tasty, but a bit pricy ($11). I didn't try the pastries, but they looked really good.

An ALL Vegan Bakery!!!!

Finally an ALL Vegan Bakery. Everything on the menu is Vegan. They have a brunch on the weekends.
Mac n Cheese not bad. Milkshakes a little thin. But ALL of the bakery items are outstanding!!! Also grab a copy of Dorons cookbook and make a lot of the treats at home!
Staff very friendly too!

Pros: All Vegan Menu, Amazing Baked Goods, Pleasant atmosphere

Great place!

I loved this place! I think it’s hard to find good vegan desserts, let alone any dessert that’s vegan. The customer service was so great!

Pros: Great customer service , Lots of options , WiFi

Cons: Only have brunch on weekends, Not a lot of parking , Bathroom not the best

100% vegan bakery and sandwich bar ... go there!

This place is the bomb! Nothing more needs to be said. Comprehensive fully vegan menu and the most amazing cakes and cookie sandwiches! The breakfast burrito is the one!

Updated after a few more visits: this place is seriously amazing! I tried numerous items for various meals and was really impressed! The buffalo seitan wrap is a must try!

Pros: Great vegan eats , Well priced

Delicious baked goods

The baked goods, specifically cupcakes, are balling. All their food is good from my experience but the desserts are the highlight.

Delicious DC dining

Dined deliciously at DC's Sticky Fingers Bakery, and will definitely return. Moist tasty cupcakes, cookies; flavors rotate. Highly recommend strawberry lemonade cupcake, served with a decorative straw - don't try to eat the inedible straw as my non-vegan guest did! Coconut almond cupcake was divine. The smoky tempeh bacon was sliced thicker than is usual in restaurants, yet well seasoned enough that ordering it on the TLT (tempeh lettuce tomato) sandwich led to a side order to go. Black Bean green Chile quesadillas were milder than expected, good yet more Tex-Mex than Mexican; spiced them up with Tabasco. Dining guest enjoyed the Buffalo seitan as a salad, on bed of crisp greens instead of in a sandwich. Coffees, teas, expresso. Freshly made milkshakes; dreamsicle brought back memories from childhood dreamsicle popsicles, only this is vegan! Will try to go on weekend next visit for brunch.

Cupcakes and cookies!

I had the red velvet and loved it, but the Cowvin cookie sandwich ended up being my most favorite. We were staying down by the White House, but it was definitely worth the trip.

Satisfied

Their desserts are definitely delicious and worth trying but I will say that they are not known for their milkshakes so I wouldn’t spend $6.75 for it.

Pros: Desserts, A great amount of options

Cons: Milkshakes

TLT a Must.

Tempeh, lettuce & tomato sandwich with a bowl of chili was fantastic. Breakfast burrito was great. Great service. Great place and I haven't even talked about the sweets.

Love this place!

The more casual version of Fare Well (same owners I believe). You’ll get fat living near this place :p

Great place!!

It was very busy when I got there. I think if I had ordered actual food from the kitchen, I would have had to wait but no harm in that. I got a cupcake and one of their donuts to go and it was delicious. The ladies at the front counter were very friendly and patient with all of my questions/indecisiveness. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. I was like a kid in a candy store!

Pros: It’s all vegan!, It’s right across from a large shopping area., The food is delicious and affordable.

Overpriced latte

We came here as we passed it by on our way to Best Buy and were excited to see a vegan bakery.

We ordered a rhubarb strawberry muffin and a peach almond muffin. I also ordered a vanilla latte with soy milk. Was shocked to discover after we paid, that in the small lettering on the menu it is mentioned that you pay $4,- extra for coconut or soymilk. In a VEGAN bakery. I was shocked, because it was completely unclear to me as to what else they would make the latte with if I hadn't mentioned that I wanted soy milk and also, even in non-vegan establishments I have never before paid more than $1,- extra for the soy-, oat-, almond- or coconut milk.

This left a sour taste in my mouth as the latte was also disgusting and had no taste of vanilla whatsoever.
The muffins were okay, but the experience wasn't the best I had overall.

Pros: Muffins are tasty

Cons: Coffee is bad, You get charged an extra $4 for soy or coconut mil

a long-time favorite that often feels lazy

everything's solid, though rarely impressive. they've all the tools to make this a stellar joint, but it often feels lazy. entrees oughta be more substantial. you often feel the nickel and diming w/ portioning. it's uncomfortable.

Milk Shakes so good!

We visited Sticky Fingers Bakery after dinner at Meridian Pint for a delicious night of vegan fare. I enjoyed the peanut butter and chocolate milk shake and my family loved the peanut butter cookies and a cupcake. The staff is very friendly and it's a close walk from the Columbia Heights metro stop. It can be hard to find vegan ice cream, and I know we'll be back!

Pros: So many great choices, Reasonable Prices for generous servings
