Solid quick choice - Edit
Very reasonable price given the location, quite a few choices and quick service. DO make sure you clearly indicate vegan and veggie options, with no eggs or fishcake. You can watch the gimbap being prepared ala a sandwich shop or subway. Self service pickles and kimchi. Cold udon noodles if you like that. Not expecting an amazing ambience for a place that seems to be open 24hrs but it was a little chaotic when we visited. There is another branch near the financial district I think.

Nothing is labelled vegan (it's labelled vegterian but when we asked if the vegterian noodles could be made vegan, the man said it had a little fish sauce...so we didn't order this)

Vegterian dumplings- are vegan but honestly taste of nothing.
Overall the prices are super cheap but not many vegan options and unflavourful food.
Only one staff member spoke english when we went, so just be prepared to use a translation app just to clarify your dietary needs.
Does the job for a bit to eat but i wouldn't recommend

Satisfying kimchi fried rice - Edit
Very satisfying kimchi fried rice. The tofu stew can be veganized upon request. Then they use vegetable broth instead of fish broth.

Gimbab was tasty and staff were knowledgeable about veganism. They didn't know a lot of English but we're happy to use translation apps. Vegan dishes have to be ordered at the counter.

Ordered the flat grilled dumplings and couldn't believe the quantity of veggies. They fry half moon shaped dough which you tear off, fill with veggies and roll up to eat. Was surprisingly delicious as it was so fresh and the spicy dressing was yum. Had vegan options for gimbap, which they make to order - just tell them to omit fish, ham, and egg.

Staff were happy note the vegan options and help with ordering. Food is very tasty and extremely good value. Kimbap and kimchi fried rice (vegan) were standouts.

So nice to have some easy eats in the area that isn’t just the market food. The staff are happy to explain what can be made vegan, and will check what you’re avoiding (fish ham egg etc)

Cheap and good eatery in Seoul - Edit
Cheap and good food, with clear markings in menu on food items that can be turned vegetarian/vegan (which is quite rare in South Korea). Staff speaks good English and they are quite helpful. The place is open 24h.
