I had the capricciosa minus the ham and substituting in the vegan cheese. Nice crispy crust. Great cheese, properly nice olives and artichokes.

Amazing pizzeria in Miami - Edit
My husband and I took time to visit this beautiful little boutique pizzeria located on the Lincoln Street Promenade, nestled in between stores for convenient shopping.

She knew what we wanted before we even asked for it. My husband is not vegan, but I am. And both of our experiences with our individual pizza orders was truly Amazing! I had the grilled eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, roasted peppers, and Kalamata olives, instead of the mushrooms with vio-life cheese (not too much just the right amount) vegan pizza.The crust was thin yet crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Love it loved it loved it! We would’ve given it to five star, but since it’s not all vegan, I have to give it only four stars.

Decent pizza friendly staff - Edit
The staff were very friendly and explained fully which items were vegan and which items could be made vegan if we wanted. The waitress was great and she explained the type of vegan cheese they use.

Best vegan pizza in Miami Beach!! - Edit
Admittedly, there are only a few places in Miami Beach that even offer her vegan cheese on a pizza and let’s face it if there’s no cheese on it it’s not really a pizza is it? So I ordered the vegana which had roasted eggplant, mushrooms, and tomatoes and vegan cheese. I have asked them what brand they use, but it was absolutely delicious. The crust was flavorful and chewy. It’s nice to be able to have a decent pizza.

Vegan Pizza with a Good Balance of Flavors - Edit
I recently had the grilled eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, roasted peppers, mushrooms vegan pizza at my local pizzeria. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the toppings were all cooked perfectly. The eggplant was tender and smoky, the zucchini was crisp-tender, the tomatoes were juicy, and the roasted peppers and mushrooms added a nice depth of flavor. The vegan cheese was also delicious and melted nicely over the top of the pizza.
