Wow, just wow. Endless vegan choices for EVERYONES taste, any time of the day and any cuisine. I doubt there's a person out there that couldn't find anything tasty here. Yes, it's hella expensive, but so worth it.
The space is also so welcoming and I love the attatched supermarket as well. You can spend hours in this building.

Pay by weight buffet - salads and hot dishes and dessert. Vegan options clearly marked and plenty of the selection was suitable. Pretty tasty. Some of the dishes were a little cold, but did all look and taste freshly made.

I had previously sent two emails to say that I was coming to eat with a total of four people for my birthday today. I had not received a response so far.
Read moreIn addition, we were treated very rudely today by a blonde employee, for example when we were paying for our food or asking something. She had no decency. Also, when my brother asked if something extra was done for the birthday person, she immediately said a very hard no. She didn't even say 'happy birthday' and did not wish us a nice day/evening as we were leaving. And the cakes we had bought, she had squashed in the containers/packaging very sloppily, which we saw when we got home. The pastries were also disappointing. Not really fresh and just okay in terms of taste, while we had spent something like €140. We also found the food to be very disappointing. Last time I came, it was tasty and warm. That's why I came to eat for my birthday. Now the food was lukewarm and not as tasty/fresh. The time before that, it was also less good. The quality of the food is very inconsistent. The pistachio ice cream was good. My mother also liked the almond ice cream. I found the coffee ice cream to taste sour and I didn't really taste a coffee flavor. I hope the owner addresses the staff to be customer-friendly towards (regular/all) customers and also looks at the consistency of the food quality. I don't know if I'll be back here soon.
Addendum: At home, we've noticed that the food/pastries haven't gone down well. Food is coming up and making us nauseous. If you're going to eat there, make sure it's fresh and that it's fresh and hot or cold, depending on the dish.

Went there about half an hour before closing in the evening and they still had lots of fresh food left! Excellent concept (you get a plate, fill it from the buffet and pay for the weight). Great clearly labelled vegan choices and cheap too!

Buffet restaurant, pay what you eat. A lot of different choices, cold or warm plates. Take a plate, pick the food from the buffet you want and go to the counter for your drinks and pay. When there is a long row before the counter your food is getting cold before you have paid.

The food is kept warm under hot lamps. It happens too often that the hot plates are standing there too long, getting cold and old. So for example last times my lasagne, seitan balls and omelet were old and dry and that's not very tasteful. When I complain at the counter the reaction is "oh, yes sorry, we know, we let the manager know once again", but there is no improvement notable . Be careful.

A serve-yourself buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the most amazing array of dishes - salads, tofu, seitan, curries, soups, polenta chips, seaweed…. In fact, I can’t think of anything they didn’t have. Great cakes and desserts, coffees and juices. Plus an organic supermarket, fair trade shop and posh home shop. Upstairs, workshops and wellness. We’ve been coming here for at least five years and it’s always stunningly good.

I’ve been to this buffet restaurant many times. They serve a yummy, healthy, plant-based, organic rich variety of delicious food you can choose from. It’s a very nice concept, which sometimes makes it a little difficult to make your choices. Everything looks and tastes great what makes it hard to limit yourself. You learn that quickly when you come to the checkout and discover that paying for the weight requires some discipline… It’s a popular place and thus often crowded and noisy. The disadvantage of the buffert formula, especially when it is busy, is that there is a lot of walking back and forth. But it is a popular place for a reason: a wide choice of good and healthy food.

Buffet-style restaurant offering a wide variety of delicious vegetarian/vegan options! My personal favorites are the tempeh dishes and the fresh, flavorful salads. What I love about this place is its versatility—you can enjoy a meal here solo for lunch or dinner, but it’s equally great for eating with friends or family. Oh and don't skip dessert. The chocolate mousse is great!

The majority of the buffet is vegan (80-90%), the rest is completely vegetarian! You take whatever you like from the selections and pay what your plate weighs. I really like the concept and the place. There are quite good options for breakfast, brunch, lunch. From sweets to salads, from soups to meals from bread to snack and drinks. Though, it can be a bit pricey.

The overall food was great too! But I forgot to take a decent picture of the plate. I wanted to try as much as possible from the buffet. The food was great, but I would definitely go back for the dessert and the seitan steak!

The food is delicious. Every meal has so much flavor, it's insane. My favorite dishes are the feta salad, chocolate mousse, potato salad and jalapeno balls. I love the chill, lowkey vibe in the restaurant. 💖

We have been twice to the restaurant as it has a great selection of vegan food and is insanely delicious. Friendly staff and a very nice restaurant. The only downside, as my boyfriend already wrote, is that the staff member mopped the floor and didn't put up a sign. When I was coming down the stairs, I rode on my 🍑 to the bottom. Thank God it was a lucky fall and I didn't break anything. But the unpleasant residue remained, the girl at the checkout gave us a biscuit as an apology. That was really nice.

Spirit is a really nice spot if you like a wide choice of foods. Most of the food is vegan and well declared. The taste of the food was good and there is something for everybody.

The only negative thing was that my girlfriend fell from the stairs which were wet (because of cleaning) and not marked with a sign..
