Wide variety of dried goods, fresh and good value

This is a treasure trove of a whole food shop. Lots of choice of dried goods, herbs and spices, tinned goods and eco laundry products. Products are fresh and extremely good value. The owners are very knowledgable and will point you in the right direction and give advice when needed. They have also introduced a click and collect service from their website http://www.spiceoflifecardiff.co.uk.

Excellent range and value, friendly faces

Spice of Life is an excellent independent health food store stocking a wide range of dried goods including cereals and grains as well as canned and tinned goodies and Ecover cleaning products. They stock just about every dried herb and spice you could think of plus a variety of seeds, dried fruit and teas. Good value and regular special offers. They also have a stall at the Riverside Farmers Market on Sundays 10am-2pm on Fitzhammon Embankment. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
