Dessert shop using only soy milk, and sells many sweets like tau foo fah and bubble milk tea. Note the soufflé contains egg - check with staff when unsure. Location is near Starling Mall and gets crowded on the weekends and at night. Open Tue-Sun 1:00pm-11:00pm. Closed Mon.

Almost vegan soy dessert place

I am a regular customer of Soylab for the last 4.5 years ever since it opened in late 2018. They have soyffle pancakes, soy shaved ice, bean curd (tau fu fa), soy milk drinks and, of course, soy soft-serve ice cream. All the dessert items on the menu are dairy-free and also vegan except the gelato that is served with the soyffle pancake or the croffle. There was another reviewer by the name of MyKoMatsunoki who mentioned about a cake that contains egg but there is no cake sold in Soylab so that's incorrect information that I will report to HappyCow.

The soy soft-serve ice cream is very nice and upsize is available for a small additional charge. Everyone who likes soy dessert should really pay a visit to this dessert place.

Pros: Excellent desserts, Free water, Good value

Cons: Gelato that contains dairy
