Being 4 people altogether, we shared two "Reisplatten" (menu for 2), so we had the entire table full of delicious dishes. Quite a variety and a lot overall. Everything was great, really. Would definitely recommend.

Tolles Restaurant, um sich Essen gemeinsam mit Freunden zu teilen. Das Soy is komplett vegan, aber das Highlight sind die Reistafeln, die ein Menü für jeweils 2 Personen darstellen. Wir bestellten uns 2 Reistafeln zu viert, und wurden mega satt. Der Preis ist ok, für das was man bekommt. Es schmeckt sehr lecker.

I really was so surprised when I asked which dishes are vegan and they told me everything. I changed it in Happy cow. The food was delicious, the portion size big. You can also sit outside. The lunch options are great and will fill you up.

Favorite Vietnamese Restaurant - Edit
Soy has been my favorite Vietnamese Restaurant since 4 years already. They serve a nice variety of different vegan dishes from Vietnamese pan cakes to hot pot, as well as my all time favorite My Quang. You can also ask to get the dishes without tofu.

Among those vegan Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin, this place used to be one of my favorites. They have a large menu with interesting dishes, which are generally nicely prepared, beautifully garnished and flavorful in taste.
Read moreIt seems that the menu changed over the years... Now there seem to be less exquisite dishes. The food still is ok though! (A bit salty for my taste, but I think my salt tolerance is generally lower than most Germans.)
Btw, the location is quite popular, so it can be difficult to get a good seat at times. Better call to reserve a table.

Too be honest, I wasn't a fan. I got lunch menu number 2 and the whole thing was drenched in some quite of liquid with some very glibbery stuff in it that still stuck to some of the veggies.

There is a big variety of Vietnamese Tapas, Rice and Noodle Dishes. I would definitely recommend the udon noodles (order two portions of sauce because it taste amazing!!), the pancake and the spring rolls were good. I wouldn’t recommend the papaya salad (it was really dry) and the desserts (had a weird texture and after taste) tho. The staff was really friendly and the service was quick and a cool atmosphere- I will definitely come back and recommend a visit.

We ordered 3 of the 'tapas' and the food portions were great! The lemongrass and ginger tofu was really good, but the tofu saté was lacking. Service from 1 waiter was poor - we had to ask to be served and pay the bill. Inside and outside seating is available here.

Wie immer ausgesprochen köstlich! Alle Gerichte, die ich hier bisher hatte, waren raffiniert gewürzt, mit frischem Gemüse und schöner Auswahl an großen und kleinen Gerichten. Auch die selbst gemachten Eistees und warmen Teemischungen schmecken sehr gut. Preise sind im mittleren Niveau, für due gute Qualität aber angemessen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

super delish asia style food, quickly prepared, freshly made. a real restaurant, not another 'vegan burgers' joint. friendly staff, good smell inside, nice seating, wonderful view to 'volksbuehne' theatre. lots of vegan options (only milk product is milk in coffee). super nice vegan self-made lemonades. all garlicy stuff clearly labeled 😘
