Habe mir die veganen Ramen ToGo bestellt. Das Essen war super lecker. Die Brühe wurde separat verpackt, so dass nichts kleckert oder matschig wird. Zubereitung hat bei mir (trotz vollem Laden) 5 min gedauert. Also super, wenn man nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Frankfurt am HBF hat

Flavorful and creamy broth, and also comes with a vegan meat that is super chewy and really flavorful! Some of the vegan ramens I've tried in Frankfurt barely had any protein in it so that was a nice addition.

Wir waren dieses Jahr schon in Japan aber die beste vegane Ramen haben wir im Sorihashiya gegessen! Es gibt zwar keine große vegane Auswahl aber die Authentizität und Qualität überzeugt. Der Laden war voll, trotzdem war die Bedienung super nett und zuvorkommend! Ich habe mich kurzzeitig zurück nach Japan versetzt gefühlt.

If you are a sesame or tahini lover, you need to try this vegan ramen! You need to order online but your food will actually arrive very fast. Super rich and savoury broth which is almost creamy and the noodles were very nice and chewy. If they would just put in some more veggies, greens or more bok choi this would be perfect. They have veggie gyoza which might be vegan as well but I didn't ask. Super close to the main station as well and the toilets were actually pretty nice, I also lounged around here for a while waiting for my train.

there’s only one vegan option but that dish was totally worth it. you can also order extra noodles which only costs very little extra. very convenient order process for introverts since it’s all online and you can also pay online.

As it is in Japan: Ramen is fastfood and this restaurant keeps up the tradition. You order your food online and get it within 10 minutes. You can’t order a seat so be prepared to wait. There’s only one vegan ramen option but it’s totally worth it. Super creamy and rich, the noodles are amazing. Order extra noodles if you’re very hungry. Highly recommend!
