One vegan option - Edit
It felt more like a healthy veggie noodle soup with a carrot-based broth rather than a rich, indulgent ramen.

Must love carrots! - Edit
There is one vegan option here and it's carrot ramen- which I love carrots so I enjoyed it. If you don't love carrots, maybe it's not for you! My partner (who is not vegan) didn't really care for the noodle style.

It’s a carrot ramen. My kids like noodles but they balked at carrot soup.

Friendly staff, not my type of ramen - Edit
The staff was friendly and actually gave us 2 sandwiches for free…(they weren’t vegan though) But I‘d say the ramen is not my favorite and it was 1,500 which is kinda pricy I think 🥹

Actually It's more like soup pasta than ramen. But I'm grateful that I can eat it without worry. The flavor is simple, so you can tell they don't use too many additives like other

Traditional Ramen Bar with a delicious Vegan option.

Order your food from the ticket vending machine, cash or travel card only. The choices on the vending machine are all in Japanese. Either use Google translate or ask them in the Restaurant for the English menu card.
Once you have your tickets ( we chose the Vegan Ramen plus a beer) you will be welcomed in when space is available.
Great atmosphere if a little challenging when you first arrive outside.
Very filling and nourishing. Highly recommend.

Got served chicken with my “veggie” ramen - Edit
Ordered the “veggie” ramen and got some chicken in an otherwise vegan ramen. Not sure if “veggie” just means “vegetables” without being necessarily vegetarian , or if this was an error on the staff’s side.

Mixed feelings - Edit
The fact they have a vegan option is great, but the taste is not like a typical ramen. I found it to be a little too creamy and sweet for my taste.

Average vegan ramen - Edit
This was the first ramen bowl I had during my most recent Tokyo visit. It was only OK. The brown rice noodles were good but it needed more vegetables and a deeper flavour in the broth.

Tasty Ramen! - Edit
We were so happy to find a guaranteed vegan ramen in Tokyo as I was gagging for it! There are a few options ranging from regular to spicy, both with gf options. The price is ok (¥1200-1700) & the ramen was so tasty with a great depth of flavour. We were served quickly even though they were busy & the staff were so friendly & even gave us recommendations of the place that the chef trained in Sydney CBD (Ippudo) I highly recommend this place 😁

Husband loved his regular version.
Easy, friendly, economical.
Use kiosk coordinates to find it on the map or you will die of hinger before finding it.

Eat here and thank me later ;)
Pros: Well-organized, English menu available, DELICIOUS RAMEN

The vegan ramen is so good! - Edit
There is only one vegan ramen and one vegetarian, but man, is it a good bowl of ramen! It's tan tan noodle style with some soy crumbles instead of meat, and while the toppings are tasty, the broth is where this raman really stands out. It is rich and spicy, i think it is sesame seed based because it had that roasted, slightly nutty taste to it. I come from LA, and we have some decent vegan ramen out here, but this kinda ruined it for me!

Typical Ramen restaurant - Edit
Typical Ramen restaurant with a Vending machine to order and choose one vegan dish! The Ramen was good and you could choose the amount of vegetables and the type of noodles. The atmosphere was ordinary and quiet. It wasn't the best Ramen place we visited but the dish was good.

Yum! - Edit
Popped in for lunch - came at around 12pm so primetime but only had to wait around 10/15mins. Had the vegan tantanmen with extra vegetables (¥1400), was really impressed. The portion was huge (I always order rice too because I'm a big eater but today I actually struggled to get the rice down too!) However I didn't feel bloated after because it was mostly veggies! Only gripe would be that although it was delicious, it wasn't really spicy (considering it was tantanmen). Anyway, the broth was really delicious.
Read moreThe vegan options are regular ramen or tantanmen for ¥1200 and you can add extra veggies for ¥200. Also the option for gluten free noodles. You pay at a vending machine at the entrance.
Pros: Loads of vegetables , Tasty, English menu available
Cons: Not spicy, Condiments are pepper and shichimi (no vinegar..)

Excellent Ramen, Convenient Location - Edit
Awesome vegan ramen with a gluten free option. One of the only places we found in Tokyo that could do vegan and gluten free. Convenient location and hours. Quick service and no line both times we went. If you have trouble finding it, just ask someone in Tokyo Station where 'Ramen Street' is. Definitely recommended!

As others have said before me, this is a good bowl of ramen. I had the vegetarian special (I think the special is that it comes with eggs, or special sauce?) and my partner had a meaty one. Both very happy.
