My son went back for seconds! - Edit
Today was rainy, windy and very cold.. but when we stepped inside to a warm greeting, Delicious wraps and macaroons..it made everything better! My son (who can be very picky) even went back for a 2nd wrap 😊

Great food with a view - Edit
We were a bit late, so a lot of the food was already sold and waiting for resupply later in the day. Too bad we missed the vegan macarons. But still the choice was great!
Read moreWent for a big lunch with asian wrap, lentil bowl, tiramisu dessert and mango pearle dessert. Plus two big cookies, salty chocolate and Red velvet White chocolate.
You can eat it at the venue itself, or walk 5 minutes and eat it at the grass at Champ-de-Mars for the view. Thats what we did.
Because we were a bit chatty, they forgot to pack the cookies. Which was no problem. She was waiting for us returning for the cookies and offered Coffee for the inconvenience. A great and friendly service!

Casual but high quality! - Edit
This is a casual, grab and go style restaurant, but don't let the casual nature fool you to think it isn't also quality!! I brought my non-vegan nieces as well as my vegan kids...a smash hit with all and my vegan husband couldn't stop waxing on about it. Food was great. Amazing desserts, coffee/hot chocolate, and a good mix of salads, sandwiches and pasta & rice dishes, which Edward, the owner will heat up for you upon request. Edward was super nice and accommodating. There are a few (~8) seats and tables inside, which we enjoyed. An easy 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower (we walked there immediately following our AM tour). Loved it!

Ein Ausflug vom Eifelturm zu diesem Café lohnt sich. Die Bowls waren mir etwas zu teuer mit über 12 €. Ich hatte daher einen wirklich leckeren Wrap. Aber vergesst die herzhaften Snacks, probiert lieber die süßen Angebote. Der Keks mit Olivenöl, Schokolade und Salz ist fantastisch und die Macaron mit Basilikum, Zitrone und Himbeere ein absoluter Traum. Unbedingt probieren!

Perfect for grabbing for a picnic on Champ de Mars. Wraps and bowls! Nut-free wraps but no bowls were suitable.

Read moreThis is a cute, small bakery with a couple of tables but it’s really more of a takeout location. It's near to the Eiffel Tower so we sat in the park next to it to eat our goodies. We went for Le Toasté Shawarma Pleurotes, Le Toasté Mimosa, Tiramisu and Cookie Red Velvet. The Toastés were both really tasty wraps with fresh ingredients and good flavours. I particularly enjoyed the scrambled tofu in the Mimosa one.
The tiramisu was amazing! It was light, creamy and had a delicious coffee flavour – really excellent!
However, even though the other food was all really good, the Cookie Red Velvet stole the show! The texture was perfection – moist and rich with a crispy outside and the flavour was so delicious! It was honestly cookie perfection! It was actually so good that I went back to the shop to try another one! The second one I got was the Cookie Huile D'olive & Sel. Again it was perfection - perfect texture, rich flavour and the salt sprinkled on top was an excellent touch.
All the food we had here was top notch but whatever you leave with I would recommend leaving with at least one cookie!

On a busy visit to Paris, I was struggling to find any vegan options in mainstream cafes and was beginning to be exhausted. I managed to find SOA and was delighted. The staff member on duty was so friendly and helpful. I opted for a sweet potato lentil bowl which was honestly delicious! I also got a much needed oat coffee and a lemon cake. Would recommend for anyone visiting the eiffel tower, its about a 15 minute walk.

Delicious food and delightful owner - Edit
I had a wonderful conversation with owner Rudy upon entering the restaurant, and he's creating compassionate culinary magic. He's definitely in it for the animals, which is so refreshing to hear in Paris, and he's one of the few vegan establishments in the 7th arrondissement. My lentil and fluffy mashed potato dish was well seasoned, and my chocolate chip cookie was just the right amount of sweetness, and a great combination between chewy and crispy. What a delicious meal and delightful conversation. I can't wait to come back!

Delicious meals and delicious desserts! - Edit
Between us we tried one of the wraps, and two of the meal bowls, and for dessert the tiramisu, panna cotta and a cookie. Everything was delicious! The staff were so lovely and helpful, describing everything for us as we don’t understand much French. 100% recommend!

All of these were really tasty, and nutritionally rich.
The owner was also really nice and gave us some tips about what to visit in Paris

There are not many options in the Eiffel Tower neighbourhood, so SOA rescued me with some couscous salad(ok) cookie (great!) and tiramisu (soso) to go. Sadly they were out of wraps which I hoped for, but the girl behind the counter was sweet enough to call her boss asking if they could arrange something. 🩷
