24 hours notice gets you an excellent vegan entree - Edit
The roasted butternut squash stuffed with risotto and pine nuts was delicious, but the _only_ vegan food was the entree. The bread was not vegan, the soup and chili were not vegan, the dessert was not vegan. Since I had made my vegan request several days in advance, I would have expected the whole meal to be vegan, not just the entree.
