Worst experience at Snap Cafe ever. Please DO NOT GO HERE ANYMORE.

We went here around 8 pm for dinner last night. We have 5 adults, 2 hand-carried new born babies, 1 8-yr old boy, 2 full bags of baby stuffs and 2 strollers in the party. We got the table but the waiters/waitress and the Chef Cook refused to serve us because our little boy had his Burger King food bag with him. We told them that the boy just wanted to eat a hamburger tonight, we still order something else for him and meals for 5 adults but they still refused to serve us in a rude way, especially the Chef's attitude. We understand that we could not bring outside food in but come on this is just a little boy with his favorite food while the other 5 adults can still be served. This little incident can be resulted nicely, easily and professionally but instead they let us walked out of there hungry and angry. Now in results, Snap Cafe just lost 5 frequent customers plus all of our friends on our friend lists and friends on our friend list. We will spread this bad review on all social media channels due to your bad service and lack of judgement and lack of professionalism.
