It’s ok - Edit
Taste is ok for me, I think was a bit too salty and the ramen isn’t actually the typical Japanese ramen you will get. The ingredients used are mostly western style. The taste has also been adjusted into European preferences. If you are just expecting a hot ramen soup during winter time, I think can give a try. But if you are Asian and expect a typical Ramen, then you might feel a bit lost.

A nice ramen - Edit
There were three labeled vegan starters/snacks; we had the salad and the nasu dengaku.
Read moreThe nasu dengaku was ok, but seemed to be fried and not the melting cheesy experience I had in Japan. The price was a bit steep for five pieces of eggplant.
There is one vegetarian ramen on the menu that can be made vegan by leaving out the egg. Kale and pickled fennel have special textures and flavors that lifted the dish. Lots of noodles , very filling.
Yuzu lemonade and sour cherry kombucha were small but good (bottled).
Restaurant is small and has a modern decor. There was a waiting line out front, but it went quite fast. You are asked to pay up front when ordering which is not usual in Copenhagen, but also makes people leave faster so the wait is not too bad.

Delicious food - Edit
The menu is quite simple. They only have 1 vegan option for the main dish, which is the veggie ramen, minus the egg. They also have vegan starters.
Read moreThe starter we got had surprisingly intense flavour for what the menu described. The veggie ramen was was delicious, from the broth to the noodles, to the mushrooms.
The pace doesn't accept reservations. It's a small restaurant, and very popular, so expect to wait outside in the queue. There's also no toilet, which was odd.

Pros: Delicious, Friendly staff, Home made drinks
